My visit to the Levi's store in Orlando was incredibly positive! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The store was clean and well-organized, with great products at excellent discounts. The customer service was top-notch, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this Store!

Ok, I'll start with the staff. I believe they were short people. And there were too many people in the dressing room at one time. So it was a long wait to try on clothes. And there was no one to keep things organized.

It was a clean and organized store. I was looking for specific item. Store manager Melba helped me a lot to find what I was looking for. She was amazing. My daughter was so happy with that jeans.

Checking the reviews here i agree with the other costumers, there’s a lady in the front extremely rude. She doesn’t know how to treat costumers i don’t understand why the fitting room is closed 2 hours before the closing time…that doesn’t make ANY SENSE. Her response was: come back tomorrow, OH YES!! I’m sorry ma’m im going to cancel mi flight just because you don’t want to do your job. The reason was: “we close in 2 hours so we need to clean” so how people can get the clothes if they can’t try it first?. I hope the managers can help with this situation, we’re tourist we can’t “come back tomorrow” and check is she wants to work the next day.

If I could give it 0 stars i would. there’s a short lady with white hair. rudest and worst customer service EVER. I asked the cashier for the manager and turns out not only is she the manager she’s the STORE manager. levi’s is hiring anyone these days. i ended up leaving the items because i did not want to give business to such a horrible human being. levi’s, do better with your hiring.

The store is good, it has excellent prices, but the manager who helped me in the Fitting room is very rude, she has a horrible character, she doesn't know how to serve customers, she tells you how bad it is that there are 4 pieces and if they bring you another piece she makes you come back to stand in line, I complained at the cashier and they told me that she was the manager, I stayed for the clothes but it is very unpleasant that they treat you badly, they pay attention to who they hire but everyone was complaining about that lady
