Great customer service and helped me find what I needed. Also did not realize they will hem your jeans for free!!! I could pick up within an hour but then they also offered free shipping directly to my home. Great experience!!!

This location needs some work! I went in looking for something specific but no one greeted me nor could I find anyone to help me. The store was quiet, no music or anything! Only person working was talking on the phone the whole time so I ended up putting stuff down and leaving.

This is an amazing store and their workers is what makes it great. This girl Sefeania helped me so much she knew exactly what I was looking for, I literally told her two things I needed for my type of body and she grabbed the best short I could have ever find. This people know what they are doing. The store has amazing products and they have beautiful pronoun patches. I must say that I asked that did the patches and she was not friendly at all but the rest of the people there were amazing , it was fun to see them dancing to Bad Bunny, they even have good taste in music. Also, this is my first review ever, thank you for the great experience

Welp I have never experienced such a terrible interaction with a salesperson. I shyly asked one of the women on the floor how a dress looked on me and she told me it “looked interesting” and that she was “sorry” about how it looked on me. Made me cry on my way out. I cannot believe she was that unabashedly rude.

Buyer beware - the Levi’s guarantee return policy on the receipt differs from the actual policy on the website. Online states items must not be worn and washed within 60 days. The receipt has no mention only 60 days with receipt. I bought 2 pairs and after a couple of wears determined the jeans to be to baggy. My local Levi’s refused my return - as well as online chat being unhelpful. I spent over $130 - customer lost.

super rude experience at this store. my friend and i went into the store and the employees were talking about us badly in spanish (my second language) so i knew what they were saying. overall even without the smack talk the employees were rude and unfriendly.

I am Chet Smurgus from the official POO ( Pants Of Orlando). Every time I try on a pair of levi’s I try to find a little poo in ever pant. I remember acronym FARD when looking for pants ( Fit Aesthetic Reliance Dimensions) Levi’s does not fard properly, where as the F, A , R are very strong it lacks a Solid D. A nice firm D makes the pant. Very embarrassing for a company that’s been around since my the Great Depression. Which is the feeling I had while trying these pants on. If you are looking for good pants look no further than Dickies. This is Chet, with my weekly pants review, I will return in 6 months to see if anything has changed.

Today, unfortunately my mom went into Levi to shop. She walked in no greet, no sales pitch NOTHING. Mind you there’s a greeter at the door. Mom looks up a white couple walks in the greeter greets them and the manager (we didn’t know at the time), say “ excuse me ma’am” to my mom so she can tell the white couple about the amazing sales. My mom leaves out because this is the third time on Disney Springs property that we have experience racism. My mom comes out the store and tell me about her experience. I go into the store ask for a manager and ask why wasn’t my mother greeted or told about any of the sales. The manager states everyone should be greeted. I explained she wasn’t and the money I spent to be here at Disney where O know that do not tolerate racism of any kind will not be tolerated. I worked for Disney 15 years ago and would never imagine being treated this way. My mom explained after we walked out it was the manager that stated the sales. The greeter quickly went to the back of the store. This behavior shouldn’t be tolerated and we no longer support Levi.

Went to visit the tailor shop to get a zipper replaced. Called twice and had to leave messages which were never returned. Set appointment online and noted zipper replacement with style and size Levi Jeans. Only received appointment confirmation. 146 mile round trip to find out the tailor does not repair zippers! Was told to go to a dry cleaner!Update: (3/10/2022);Appreciate Levi's "Corporate" responding (3/1/2022) but ended up just wasting more time by first sending an email to the listed email address in the reply (3/3/2022), again, receiving no response. 3/10/2022 called the 800 number in the reply and informed they are a third party and cannot "straighten" out having a zipper repaired. Asked why I would get a reply from Levi's to resolve the issue and was told that it was "corporate" replying to my review and were a third party that could not help either!

I don’t understand why everytime I come in this store that guy has to tell me about the deals, like I didn’t see the sign in the front. Literally don’t care. I’m not looking for jeans I just wanted a free mask. Bungus is very nice though

They told me to survey at the bottom, here’s my survey. I needed help finding the perfect pair of jeans to fit me. I ask the employee Liz, if you guys have any 48x50s and to my dismay nothing. She offers to buy, It online but i don’t have time for sh!t. I felt as if the employees were unhappy with me so much so that I saw Liz roll her eyes and mutter something, maybe even calling me a fat cracker, to her other employee. Ive been trying to lose weight but y’all need to carry sizes for the average American. Came all the way from Oklahoma for this store. Hire new employees! ?
