Another terrible experience trying to buy a car at this dealership. This is my third try in attempt to buy a Lexus at this dealership.I'm a Boomer, therefore I have to have a good deal and I hate haggling. This is one of the worst haggle spots I have ever dealt with and it has not improved with time.The first time I tried to buy a Lexus here I felt totally disrespected from the moment I walked in the door. I guess it was because I happen to be driving an Acura at the time. At first I was ignored and then I was told I needed an appointment with a salesperson and to come back another time. Anyway I just gave up and went to Treasure Coast Lexus where they are very easy to work with. Second time (4 years ago) I felt totally disrespected after being grilled for all kinds of personal information before I could even talk to a sales person so I drove up the street and bought an Audi with no interrogation and no hassles at a dealership where I felt respected and valued as a customer. They clearly gave me the advertised deals and discounts which are easy to see online (they even found a USAA discount for me that I didn't even know existed that gave me an extra $1,500 off).For some reason I decided to try for a third time this year to buy a car at this dealership having my eye on an ES 350. I was very clear in stating that I wanted the advertised discount along with the clearly advertised finance charge and the minimum amount listed for my trade in vehicle which is easily seen on KBB. I told the young salesperson that I didn't want to play any games and if they would simply give me what is advertised I would be happy to make the deal and go on my way.After 2 rounds with the finance person I realized this experience was a total disregard for my time and respect for me as a customer and a business owner (they literally have the nerve to offer me zero for my trade in twice along with offering to Mark their car up 3500 above sticker)... Seriously?So.... I simply went up the street and bought an Audi A6 (a $63,000.00 car by the way). They immediately gave me the advertised discounts as well as the advertised financing and again found a Costco rebate that I didn't even know existed for another $1,000 off. They also gave me the minimum value listed on KBB for my trade-in.In the end I ended up paying more for the Audi A6 then I would have for the ES 350 however I am certain that I felt respected as a customer the entire time and that was the only thing that mattered to me.BTW...I did make a call as I was driving off the Lexus lot and had I felt like driving to Port St Lucie, Treasure Coast would have met all my terms.Not sure what's going on at this dealership but I sure won't be back.

I was in town from NJ for a weekend and found a car for my son. The Staff Nicolle and Mei were very pleasant and we agreed on a price quickly. However, the waiting game was unnecessary since we already had a deal. I was at the dealer from 12pm to closing, basically wasted my day. Throughout the process, Jay the finance person would not accept my check from my credit union and he said he would online finance through the dealer. That was weird!, so he said "no deal". I left, but 10 minutes later I get a call from Mei telling me that, Jay will lower the interest rate on the finance, then I can refinance with my credit union, makes sense, but make your customer go through that trouble? But I get it, if I pay cash or with my credit union check, everyone loses commission, but that shouldn't be a factor to walk away from a deal. I feel Jay's work ethic is very poor to make those decisions. I only bought the car because it suits my son's first car, price was decent, not the best, but also because Mei and Nicolle were awesome at their part of the deal. In summary, the car is on its way to NJ. Lexus finance office, you need to work on customer satisfaction, you do realize we can buy cars online and cut this process, but I'm always happy to bring business where I'm treated well. Food for thought, if you don't make a commission on one deal, you will definitely make on the next one. Lexus of Orlando gets a 2 star, because of you Finance office. Thanks for the car.

Nothing but Greatness for the Queen B!A Lexus girl at heart ? you will always have an excellent experience. My sales Advisor Troy was very friendly, personable, and kind! I definitely felt his genuine concern and he went above his duty to ensure I was happy with my choice.

Mei was amazing!! She help me out and gave me the best deal possible she could given her position and Jasmine was such great help providing me with all the information on my brand new Lexus Is300 with great energy and over all i had such a great experience at Lexus of Orlando. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to only come to this dealership. ??

Best car buying experience! We picked the vehicle we wanted online and were able to work a deal over the phone. We drove the 2 hours to Orlando where everything was ready. Jasmine accompanied us on our test drive, walked us through the process & Olga reviewed our paperwork and explained details. The entire transaction was quick and relaxing. Jasmine is such a doll & even offered suggestions for food since we weren’t local. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience… we love our new GX!

I was in the market for another Lexus. The salesman immediately informed us that this dealer doesn't charge any additional dealership fees, you pay only your taxes, tags and that's it! After taking a car for a test drive and going into the dealership, we were directed to speak to the sales manager. He told us that they're now charging an additional $3000! Yes, 3K! Said it's a stock shortage fee!!! Oh well, guess I'll buy another car! You might wanna save some time and stay away from this dealership!

The BEST dealership in the land!!Not only is this the BEST LEXUS dealership I've ever been to, it's the BEST CAR dealership I've been to!! Beats every other luxury competitor!We had such a wonderful experience buying a new RX350.They have THE best, most professional, courteous, excellent service department.Fair pricing.Amazing customer service (Thank you Steven!)Comfortable amenities.The bathrooms are all individual little rooms....immaculately clean.Great selection of snacks and drinks.Really great kids room.I can't say enough great things about this dealership.You will LOVE it ❤️ ? ?

Suspect. A little concerned about this dealership. Came out of state to shop for a vehicle. I had my own financing (blank check) and I was advised by Sales Manager that they could not accept my out of state bank check.... Due to the fact they were privately owned dealership and they don't deal with out of state banks. (Weird) Um most dealerships are privately owned. Bank are everywhere. I thought. Well anyway then they marked up vehicle $5k above sticker. Explanation I was given ...due to low inventory. I'm sorry they push you to use Lexus. A lot of compliance issues here.

I visited another Lexus dealership before this one and was very disappointed at the level of service. Giselle made the process an easy experience. I appreciated her easy demeanor, attention to my needs and her overall personality and willingness to work with me as a person and not just a customer.

Let's start by saying I love my Lexus and probably will stick to this brand in the future. It's fun to drive , handles well and is pretty to look at. However let's talk about the service department in the dealership at the Orlando location. 2 weeks ago I ordered a replacement top for my centre console as the leather on mine had gotten a small tear in it. They said they would order it , priced it out at $180 and 1/2 hour in labour. Never heard back from them so I called to follow up and they said the part didn't get ordered and they would order it right away with next day delivery. I had time off so two days later I called and the part was in. I made the appt for 1200 and rushed down to have it replaced. I spoke to Chris and confirmed to him what work was to be completed on the car ( at his desk) prior to them starting. He even had me sign off paperwork. At this time I said they are replacing the lid on the console and I was told it will take aprox 5 mins. 2 hours later ----did I say 2 hours later ? Yes I did. He comes back with a list of aprox 1000 in repairs, oil change and a whole story about what may need to be done on my car plus tells me they ordered an entire new centre console and the replacement top and he had to stop them from putting it on. He said the bill will be over 400 and that I would be charged for an hour of labour. I asked him if the car was finished and he said no they haven't even started. I was furious at this point but remained calm and said ok how much longer will it be. He promptly called over to the guy working on the car and they said 30 mins. Ok so why am I being charged for an hour of labour when you just said it will take no more than 30 mins. He then said well they have to make money somehow. What a response!! Then he proceeded to say there is a book rate which means nothing to me. Why am I sitting here for 3 hours to have them pop on a new console lid when my husband could have probably done it ??? I didn't appreciate them spending 2 hours Going over my car with a fine tooth comb instead of doing what they were supposed to be doing. What a waste of time. He agreed to cut the labour down to a 30 min charge instead of an hour but why all the BS and arguing. I thought Lexus would be better than this. As for the laundry list of things they think my car needs I'll get those repairs done elsewhere. There is a complete disconnect within the dealership parts and service department. What a shame because the sales side is great. I also test drove a 54000 lexus here 3 months ago and fully intended on coming back at the end of the year to trade my current one in. After this I'll think twice about that. Side note the time it took me to wrote this review my car is now finished. Imagine that 20 mins as it should have been in the first place.

My husband and I went to the store just to check out the SUVs without any plans to buy. Austin was awesome—he took the time to give us a test drive and explained every feature of the car thoroughly. He really knew his stuff, treated us with respect, and didn't pressure us at all. As someone in sales, I can really appreciate that approach. Luis, the manager, was also understanding and patient with my lack of interest in wasting time. They made the whole experience worthwhile, and I ended up leaving with a new car. The paperwork process with Sophia was a breeze too—she was helpful and not pushy at all, answering all my questions. Truly a great team all around! ?

Bought a car almost month ago to this day I do not have any paperwork referencing a title or a registration. I have asked if the oil was changed multiple times, Not one person gave a care to respond. I have called several times and left messages not one single phone call from the finance department or management. According to the state of Florida 30 days is law! Plus they owe me a equity check that has not been received nor has anyone returned my calls regarding that situation. Terrible customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone. Absolutely, without a doubt, the best service from a selling dealer anyone can ask for!Everything was smooth sailing from my initial online inquiry to driving off the lot in my new car. The attention to detail is unmatched, they even roll out a red carpet when they hand over the keys to your new car! I worked with salesman Taylor and sales manager Diego, both were exceptionally kind, funny and honest. At no point did they make me feel I was pressured to make a decision. They were respectful of my time and money. Atop of the exceptional service aforementioned, the dealership is beautiful!! You would figure a dealer of this caliber would have outrages dealer fees, but they don’t! At Lexus of Orlando, there are no dealer fees!! I absolutely will be a repeat customer, even if it’s 300+ miles away!5 ⭐️ service!
