Ashley is BEST! since my moving in she has always promptly and professionally address any concerns that have arise, I feel valued and taken care of and like I matter as customer here. The work she dose in up keeping with the property shows, the property is alway clean inside & out. I came a while ago to check on my units after not visiting for over a month and was pleased to find my doors had been cleaned as a matter fact every units door in the hallway where my units are located looked cleaned and the hallway it self looked and smelled fresh & clean I was also appeased that the temperature was comfortable and what I expected of a climate controlled unit, this gives me peace of mind that my belongs are safe. In the past I’ve rented at other storage companies that advertise climate controlled but are not kept that way and that’s very upsetting as the humidity & heat not only make it very unpleasant when visiting your unit to retrieve items but can cause damage belongings. I’m so grateful that’s not the case here. Although there had been some pest issues in the past I’ve personally witnessed Ashley work very diligently and hard at remediating the issue , I’ve personally haven’t really had an issue here with pest as I’ve always done my part in keeping a clean non crowed unit and Management ( Ashley) has done there part by keeping the property clean and keeping up with pest control services and prevention. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for storage to lease here the prices are competitive and the property is clean and very well managed and staff is friendly and alway there to help you in anyway they can.

RATSSSSSS! This facility is so nasty and unprofessional. Why would you guys NOT advise that you had pest ISSUES when people are placing their things there! It was rat poop in all of me and my kids belongings and followed me to my new apartment! Wouldn’t recommend!

Ashley on Powers and SilverStar was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was able to give transparent answers about rodents, security, insurance. Was able to find the perfect unit for my belongings. And the deal was fair. She was great!!
