Love the customer service!
In the works of reserving a unit, internet outage occurred and when returned the unit was not available as I already started the online process. I called the office and Kevin was awesome! He answered my questions and finalized my transaction over the phone in minutes.

How wonderful, the easy experience, the rapid professional meticulous way the associate handled all details floored me. He was extremely helpful, determined to keep me posted on all aspects of the storage facility that I left the premises with the confidence to be able to conquer all ins & outs of how to get in & out of my locked storage bin, as well as, the whole facility. Thanks Extra Space Storage for putting a competent individual in charge of your establishment. What an experience !!!!!!!

The Assistant Manager Kevin was very polite and professional! The location is clean and accessible with a truck and/or trailer. They have pull-up units and temperature controlled units, as well.

So far, so good, great internet specials, friendly staff. I needed some flexibility with my move in date and it was easy to get help. My rental was easy, staff was very friendly and helpful.

I went yesterday with my brother to store my car since due to my work I am away from my apartment a lot and I decided to store my car in storage. The employee was kind and explained to me how to use the app or the code for the gate. He also explained to us how to properly set the lock and to make sure before leaving that the door was closed since many people leave them open by mistake. It's bigger than I thought and I kept other things I wasn't using in my small apt. I had to drive 30 minutes from my apt to this storage but it was also cheaper than the storage I had near my apt. It's also not that far from the Orlando airport which is perfect
