So happy I went with Lily's Bridal. I had an awesome experience working with Sammy, and she and the team were able to help me get my dress on time and ahead of schedule, leaving me with plenty of time to get alterations in my home state. Highly recommend for price and experience!

I come on here to write for all new brides, at least come here ONCE! I am so glad Lily's Bridal was the first shop I went to when starting my dress hunting as I was a nervous wreck! But thanks to Savannah, she made me feel so at home and beautiful (even in the dresses that were lower on my list). Although I did not say yes to the dress the day I went (I wanted to give myself more options before I settled on the one) I do say yes to coming here! From start to finish, I had nothing but the most fabulous experience - I actually am scared to go to other stores now as I fear I will not have as lovely of an experience as I had here. Thank you all and I will possibly be back to say YES soon!! :)

CJ was nothing short of amazing, I had no clue what kind of dress I wanted. She pulled so many options based on what I did not like, and was so patient. I found the dress I didn’t even know I wanted because she was listening to everything I said. My mom and I had a great experience and I would recommend anyone getting their dress there!

Lily’s Bridal has so far been an amazing experience! My husband and I are planning a big celebration for our 10 year anniversary complete with the perfect dress, venue, photographer and catering - I knew I wanted a special dress but since this is for an anniversary I really didn’t want a “traditional” wedding dress. I had my heart set on something black and they happened to have a Maggie Sottero dress in black that I wanted to try on. Tried it and a few others and ultimately said yes the first visit! CJ has been great and I’m excited to continue working with them when my dress comes in!

I found my dream dress at Lily’s and I couldn’t be happier! I had a great shopping experience with Thala who helped me stay stress free and never once did I feel pressured into buying anything. I highly recommend the visit and asking for Thala!

i had the best experience finding my dress at lily’s! i had been looking at dresses online and really liked maggie sottero, and was thrilled that lily’s carried their line, as my cousin got married in a maggie dress and had a wonderful experience with lily’s. i had five appointments from july to yesterday (november 9) and they were so attentive each time. my first appointment was with chey and she really helped me solidify the style that i was looking for. when i scheduled my next appointment, i was sad to hear that chey was no longer working at lily’s, but they paired me up with cj who picked up right where chey left off and was amazing for my next four appointments. even as i kept flip flopping between dresses, cj was so kind and patient with me! i finally got to say yes to the dress yesterday and i couldn’t be more excited! thank you for everything, lily’s!

I had a 10/10 experience at Lily’s! I’m literally going to call Heather my fairy godmother because she was AMAZING and worked her magic to get me into my dream dress.
I was pretty late in the game dress shopping, so she as limited on what she could pull for me that would arrive in time for the big day, but she triple and quadruple checked the racks and kept her eye on the inventory and in the end, I was able to order the dress of my dreams!
It’s also so pretty and clean inside and all the girls were so nice and attentive, making the overall experience feel so luxurious and classy.
Future brides, this the place to go!!!

Lily's Bridal went above and beyond for me and my fiance during our trip there this weekend. My partner and I are two women in a same-sex relationship. When we got engaged we wanted to go dress shopping together so that our families could see both of our dresses and support both of us, while also keeping the tradition of not seeing each others dresses. This required us to book two appts for the same time where we would each have a stylist, and alternate coming out of the dressing room. Several other bridal shops refused to accommodate us, but Lily's went above and beyond.
Tala, Savannah, and Sammy specifically ensured that we had a fun, enjoyable, seamless process while also making sure my fiance and I could not see each others dress choices. They made it their personal mission to make sure that we did not see each other, and were able to try on everything we needed. They offered the perfect advice and tips right when we needed to hear them, and were more supportive than I was ever expecting. They made the afternoon completely about us, and created such a special experience for my fiance and I. I am thrilled to say that I found my dress at Lily's Bridal, and cannot wait to marry my partner in it! Tala, Savannah, and Sammy, we appreciate you and your help more than you will ever know!

Customer service is amazing here - everyone was so welcoming. I walked in not even having An appointment and they ended make some time for me to try on some dresses. Savannah was amazing. Thank you so much for you help and guiding me to find the right dress . I’m so glad I made the decision to come to this place it was my first and ONLY stop. Thank you so much Savannah your customer service is amazing, praying for nothing but blessings your way - also to the rest of the staff thank you for being so accommodating and welcoming ❤️

I went to Lily's Bridal for a private dress shopping experience on 5/5/24 and it was THE BEST experience. My friends and I had the whole place to ourselves and we found my perfect dress during the two hour allotted time. My consultant was amazing and I went back yesterday to pick up my dress and it was absolutely perfect. My measurements were spot on and I even got to try it on again and select a veil. Very thankful to the team there and I will be going back for my alterations early next year!

Savanna was absolutely all around perfect! She helped me feel so comfortable, confident, seen and heard. I am a bigger girl so I was self conscious about trying on dresses. She hyped me up so much that I stopped thinking about my weight. Along side her very warm and welcoming personality. I am so thankful for having such an amazing bridal consultant ♡. Because of her my appointment was very memorable and she has a raving fan!
Now onto the shop itself. So many dresses to look through, very organized and reasonably priced! The inside is designed beautifully and the dressing rooms are very roomy! Plenty of room for your party to sit. Complimentary waters were a plus (for the whole party). Tons of accessories to choose from! All of the girls in the shop were wonderful and super sweet. Oh and you get a champagne celebration when you say yes to the dress!!!!
Sarah my seamstress was such a pleasure and when I tell you she went above and beyond. When my dress came in there was some confusion about size so my dress came in 2 sizes smaller than I needed, but she was able to take out about 3-4" and it fit beautifully (which was free of charge) all I paid for was a hem and 2 bustles, Jewish and European, that turned out fabulous!
