My mom and I had a wonderful experience at L’Occitane today! Valentina was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She even went above and beyond by giving us extra samples. My mom has had some less than great experiences at other locations, but thanks to Valentina’s excellent service, she’s excited to return to this one. Thank you Valentina, we’ll definitely be back!

Terry was excellent, helping us choose thoughtful gifts for a family member who’s expecting. She demonstrated great knowledge about what items would be useful for the new mom, was incredibly kind, friendly, and made the shopping experience truly enjoyable.

Excellent products and even better customer services. Terry was very kind and very knowledgeable. She was able to immediately guide me to products that would help with the problems I he with my skin and seemed excited to do so. Listening to her explanations was easy and I felt she was drawing from years of experience. A great product used the wrong way can seem like a bad product but the help of the shop workers I can rest assured that I am using the product properly and getting the most out of these extremely quality products. She was able to point me in the direction to everything I needed for skin dryness, moisturizing, lightening dark marks, healing dry hands, and keeping cuticles nice and moisturized. There were even different products for the same thing but with different textures if you didn’t like the way one felt. This place is not just for faces it has it all and I will definitely be making this my first stop whenever I have an issue with skin anywhere. I was shopping all day on my birthday and this was definitely my favorite shop I went to!
