This location used to be a wonderful shopping experience. In the last few years, service has slacked and they never offer their facials or hand massages when you arrive in person- despite none being underway. They barely recognize you when you walk in. I called to make an appointment for a facial but surprise there are no appointments available the day I requested (a week in advance). I used to love the visit and always make purchases but I no longer enjoy visiting the store.

Asia is amazing!! Stopped in quickly to grab some hand cream and she respected our space while we were browsing but was so personable when we went to check out. She is so pleasant and a wonderful person to connect with. Asia made our experience memorable and is an amazing human being!!

Aisa made my first visit to this store literally unforgettable!!!! I stopped in because I was having some troubles with severely dry skin and nothing I tried seemed to help. She introduced me to a few products that aided dry skin and she was incredibly knowledgeable about them! She was able to tell me exactly where the products came from as well as the practices that go into making them. I spent a good 30 minutes in the store trying and learning about the products Aisa was recommending and never once did I feel like products were being pushed onto me just to make a sale, but a genuine want to help me find a solution to my skin issues. When I checked out and was leaving I literally wanted to hug her because she was incredibly kind and helpful. I’m so grateful I stopped in today! Thank you so much Aisa!!!

I had a great experience at the L’OCCITANE store in Disney Springs. The store is beautiful and well-organized, but the highlight was the amazing service from MARCELO. He was kind, professional, and very helpful, making my shopping experience much better. Highly recommend!

Beautiful store. My wife and daughter enjoyed shopping there. My son and I enjoyed the large cushioned bench 🙌🏼👏 while they shopped. Stellar 🫡

Such a lovely experience! The store is beautiful and the selection is outstanding. From soaps to fragrances, skincare and the essential hand cream, it's a joy to visit. What makes it best is the staff. Their always available to offer assistance, suggestions, and a couple of free samples when you check out. Thank you L'Occitane Team, I'll see you again soon.

L'Occitane En Provence in the Town Center section of Disney Springs is a beauty product shop featuring high-quality French products. Skin care, body care, fragrances, hand creams, and hair care items are featured. Beautiful displays. Friendly service. I appreciated the military discount, too. Highly recommended.

Had a pleasant shopping experience here - picked up a couple of their famous hand creams in various scents. They had some good promotions going and of course a "hand washing" station with lots of their products to try. Nice addition to Disney Springs!

Claudia helped me during my visit today. She was wonderful and incredibly helpful! She helped me pick a gift for my mother in law and helped me out as well with the current promotion. Very happy with the service she provided!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!The worst L’Occitane store I've been to. The staff is unprofessional! I asked a few questions and no one helped me, I felt so embarrassed about it!! Why should I feel embarrassed for asking a consultant for help?! Moreover, 2 of my friends came with me for the first time to this store, they couldn’t turn on the water in the sink (they didn’t notice a pedal on the floor, which you need to press with your leg) and instead of helping them, they were just laughing in the corner!!A note for those who will say that we came just to wash our hands: all 3 of us left with their products?
