I am 21 years old and I love writing reviews for many places — sometimes I even get rewarded for it — so I’ve had the chance to compare different experiences. This time, I visited the L’Occitane store at Orlando Premium Outlets, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
When I walked in, I was looking for some serums because I had heard so many good things about the brand. Carol, the sales associate who helped me, completely won me over with her honesty and professionalism. Instead of just trying to sell me products, she kindly explained that at my age I don’t necessarily need certain serums that could be too strong for my skin. That level of care and honesty is rare to find, and it showed me that L’Occitane truly values their customers’ well-being over simply making a sale.
The atmosphere in the store was amazing — calm, welcoming, and very elegant. I truly felt cared for the entire time. The way Carol explained everything, making sure I understood what was right for me, was a big plus. This is the kind of customer service that makes a brand stand out.
I ended up spending about $90, and to my surprise, they gave me a small gift as a reward. That detail really made me feel appreciated as a customer. And of course, the products themselves are incredible. After just a few uses, my skin feels hydrated, refreshed, and glowing all day long.
Overall, I would rate this store 100 out of 100 in every category — friendliness, professionalism, atmosphere, and product quality. I strongly recommend visiting this location if you are at the Orlando Premium Outlets. And if you get the chance to be assisted by Carol, even better — she will guide you with kindness, honesty, and the best recommendations.

This brand is amazing, but I’m sure many people already know that. What really stood out to me was this specific store and how incredibly helpful they were during the holidays. While traveling on business, I needed to do some Christmas shopping, and Anne and Valentina went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect gifts for everyone on my list. They assured me all the packages would arrive by the time I returned home, and they followed through flawlessly.
Even the next day, when I needed to buy more gifts, they continued to be just as helpful and attentive. It’s clear that people make all the difference, and I couldn’t recommend this store enough.
