Shopped here the Saturday after Black Friday 2023. Wow, such excellent customer service. Sales and more sales; super clothing. Just a fantastic store to shop at. Kim/we shopped there on Sunday, May 7th. Kim really likes Loft and has shopped in several of their Central Florida stores. This LOFT outlet on International Drive is the best LOFT store. Excellent selections, especially for Petite. Very good pricing. And amazing help - Marcellas was especially helpful while Kim shopped. We highly recommend this awesome store.

Wen't in today for some shopping at the Loft and had the best time. I was shopping with lots of clothes in my arms and hard to shop. An amazing sales associate Marcellus offered to take the clothes and place them in a fitting room. He was very attentive and kind. He made me laugh and helped me shop! Thank you Marcellus for such an amazing experience.

They get my $ every time on my annual visit. This time I went back with a friend and spent more. They have so many casual clothes to choose from. The sales ladies are so friendly and helpful

This store has the friendliest staff! Ilese was so helpful helping me find a couple new outfits. She truly seemed to enjoy interacting with people and was an excellent representativefor the company. If she isn't the manager, she should be!!

Janice and the new assistant Nicole very lovely and sweet. So helpful! This is the third time in the past year or so that Janice has assisted me. She goes above and beyond, her goal is that you find the clothes that look best on you. She’s honest when you ask her about how it suits you. She gets you into the proper size which isn’t always the size you think you are. She understands the styles, cuts and how they may or may not flatter you. Janice has the most infectious, positive attitude. Feel fortunate she works for you LOFT. ❤️

They have a nice selection and we were delighted to find pants normally priced as $108 for $30 each. They had an array of colors and classic styles.

I overly love this store. Justice greeted me with a heart warming smile as soon as I walked in she also helped me with finding the perfect gender revel outfit . I couldn’t help but to remember her beautiful soul and thought to leave a review she went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect outfit ! Anyone visiting this store in Orlando outlets I totally recommend Justice . I will be back soon !! Thankyou !!

Very nice store. Things were bit pricey for an outlet. We found a dress for $33 but t&e necklace and earrings cost $42 on sale.

Shopping at The Loft outlet was awesome. The associate LuLu greated me when I walked in and made me feel important. I met the manager Cynthia and she informed me of the new arrivals. The clothes that I purchased will look great and I cant wait to wear them out.
