I had a great experience at The Loft on 5/28/25. Fabiola helped me narrow down my favorite pieces because I liked *everything* I tried on. I had a specific budget and she advised me on what I would get the most use out of versus what I didn’t need (like a sweater in June in Florida!) The other associate was also great- helping me in the fitting room. Their summer line is beautiful. I love this location.

I love loft products, and I have been purchasing them for years. I very much wanted to browse today and get some Christmas presents however, I also wanted to use the restroom. The sales assistant sent me to the store next-door because they don’t have a restroom only to hear her sending someone else to the bathroom they have in their own store. Thank you ladies for the respect; I would have given you zero stars if possible. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Had a great experience shopping for my mother. Tiffany was so helpful in finding sizes and pairing combinations. If you need help ask for her. She was awesome, so helpful and friendly.

The clothes are nice. My only issue is that their discount posters, over the racks, don't always apply to the terms on rack. A bit misleading

I love going to this Loft! They are always supper attentive and helpful. Also, I love that now they have a section organized for the curvy jeans. It makes it so much easier for me when I go to buy pants.
