I bought a perfume for almost $100 at perfumes & co in this place and apart from the fact that it was a fragrance that did not smell like anything and was even less similar to the one they offered me, the girl never looked for a way to help me, she just closed down that I had to have the additional box to that was arrogant by avoiding helping me I would never return to this outlet since I did not get the networks of said establishment for what reason I do not know but they should not be there if they sell poor quality products and do not provide good service to solve the problems of customers

During my visit to the Loft outlet today, I encountered concerning behavior from a sales representative named Monica. In the fitting room, I noticed her selectively greeting only Caucasian customers. Despite being a Canadian with a South Korean heritage, I received no assistance, and when I attempted to engage with her by smiling and saying “hi” when we made eye contact, she said nothing and gave me a side-eye. This situation is discriminatory, and I request appropriate measures be taken to address and discourage such behavior.
