I purchased my Lovesac from the winter garden location inside Best Buy in Orlando, Fl. Zi and the whole team were super helpful, they helped us with quotes, and then helped me through the purchasing process through text message with was so helpful with a newborn because I can’t be on the phone. The shopping experience was wonderful. Thank you so much!

I feel ok giving 1 star since the couch is pretty awesome. However this experience was the worse experience I have ever had buying anything. Anyone who knows about lovesac knows the couches are not cheap. The customer service from day one was horrible. The day we bought the couch in store the computers were having issues and printers did not work. Being that my wife is a first responder we were told we would get a 5% discount on top of sale price. We did not receive a printed receipt or a order confirmation being that computers were supposedly down we figured we would call back the next day and finalize the sale. That was not the case store decided to place the order and did not put what we wanted and stated they could not even give us what we want. When we spoke to corporate they apologized and said of course we will give you exactly what we want and supposedly fixed everything. They also offered us another 5% discount on top of our other discounts. When couch started to arrive in 3 different shipments over three weeks we started to realize different service orders were out in for one couch we did not change anything so change orders were due to incompetence. After 3 weeks and still not having our full couch customer service stated they would give us another 5% discount to keep us happy. Finally received all our pieces and were able to receive damaged pieces from shipping. I emailed corporate and text that way I would have a paper trail for proof. They stated that the discounts were put in and verified all 3 discounts. They then stated if discounts don't show by September 1st to call back and they would help expedite the discounts. Long story short they didn't give me my 5% discounts they gave me 3 different discount and not one of them even equal 1 total 5% discount in fact all 3 don't even total what half of what I was told. I supposed supervisor told me that they couldnt give me a 5% total discount due ti change orders and could only give me 1 per service order. Which makes no sense because I never changed anything the couch I received is the couch I originally ordered. Attached are screenshots of some of the correspondence. Now that we are out of our return grace period and we have gotten rid of our old furniture we are stuck paying what they tell us. Horrible customer service and ignorant supervisors is what you will get with lovesac beware!!

I am OBSESSED with this couch! Listen, it is literally the perfect couch. It can come with extra storage,(which with having kids means hiding spaces and extra pillow/ blanket storage along with any other out of season décor hiding space.) No matter how many times you move or where you move to its extremely easy to fit in the door/elevators and lighter to take up the stairs because it comes in pieces, that by the way can be re arranged in any shape you want! so if your wall in the new place is too short for a four seater, instead f struggling to sell and buy something that fits you can just shift it and have a 3 seater with a foot rest or an L-shape couch. Oh and the designs of the material! If I ever want to change the theme of the room I can just get new covers, and if the kids make a mess, such an easy wash and/or replacement. I am saving up as much as I can to buy this for my first apartment because it will last me for years and I really want to deck this out! I'm the type that like to theme out every month so I'm gonna need to invest in different color covers to match for each holiday!

I had seen the ads but I needed to know if it was the real deal. Just because something sounds good on paper/TV doesn’t mean it behaves the same in actuality. As an engineer, I really appreciate the concept of modular furniture so I needed to see every demonstration possible in store. Ian was able to do just that. I am a very tough customer in a sense that I ask way too many questions that can come across as badgering or being a pest. Ian maintained his composure and fought valiantly (very polite, no actual fighting) against my onslaught of questions bringing up every negative thing I had read online to see if this couch was right for me. In two separate visits I had spent close to three hours in a store that’s about the size of my kitchen/living room combined. I had looked at every sample, feature, combination, accessory possible to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. In the end I ended up doing a 6/8 configuration lovesoft, coastal brushed weave, ALL storage, with one deep seat (something that can’t be bought at Costco). As a Floridian, most of us do not have basements like people do up north and so I really value the extra storage and recommend paying extra for it to anyone. I did an “L” configuration with one floating ottoman. It’s not three months later as I wrote this and I can confirm that I love this couch. One of the things I was super impressed by was not only the customer service in store (Ian), but also online. It felt like Amazon customer service which I always compare everyone to since I believe they are the best. I had a defective back piece that did not fit in the shoes and one deflated pillow. Lovesac didn’t make me jump through hoops to prove their piece was defective. They took my word which I really appreciate. The new pieces shipped fast (since I did not do a custom order) and were perfectly fluffed/fit like a glove upon arrival. I hope this is truly the last couch I will ever have to buy. I have already washed all cushion covers (back and seat) and it was pretty easy to take on and off. Two things I recommend for pet owners are 3rd party cushion protectors which go underneath the Lovesac cover and are not visible and also a Chom Chom off of Amazon for pet hair. The covers help because while you can wash the fabric, if something soaks through, the inner pillow cannot be easily cleaned and does not have a zipper (stitched) where you can wash that casing as well. I knew the white coastal brushed weave would not be as pet friendly as the velvets or chenilles, but I really liked the color. Chom chom makes it super easy to clean pet hair and I was super surprised how well it works on brushed weave. I am young so I can’t speak for people with back issues, but I felt that it was very comfortable. I noticed 0 difference between the new angled sides in store (after trying to lie to myself for hours) and so I opted for the normal side pieces since they aesthetically look better. I find it super simple to just angle the back cushion and then have a second seat connected in order to optimally lounge. I felt a lot of the accessories were overpriced so I opted to not get any, but they did seem useful. I already have a home theater 7.1 surround sound setup so I also did not look too hard at the stealth tech although the in store trial seemed neat. Overall I am very happy with my Lovesac Sactional, and recommend it to someone that has the extra money and is looking for a new couch. The price point definitely makes it not for everyone though.

The purchase experience was exceptional. Kyle from the Lovesac store in Millenia Mall was incredibly helpful and I’d highly recommend others to seek him out if they are interested in Lovesac. Now I just wait for delivery of my new Sactional which is within a week of purchase! Wow!

So happy to finally be part of the LoveSac family! We have been contemplating this purchase for years and finally pulled the trigger. The process of ordering it in store with the LoveSac specialists was amazing. They were so knowledgeable. The Milena FL store has the best staff and they took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. The couch is coming 5 days after we ordered which is crazy fast and we can’t wait to put it together in all the configurations that are possible!

Customer service was and is still excellent, the stealthtech speakers are amazing. I gotta admit, it is for sure a 5-6 hour workout to put the couch together, but it will be worth it.

My wife and I were on the fence about this product, but after meeting Valerie and being walked through the infinite possibilities, we were sold. The only downside is buying a large configuration and having it arrive all at once. This store was well laid out and the staff were great!

I originally got a fairly small configuration but within a few months I realized I wanted to add additional pieces. I texted the store to order and Valerie was such a big help she sent me videos with different options etc…she also handled my order. Excellent customer support!
