Really would like to leave 0 stars. I purchased some earrings in store and left thinking I got a good deal. I returned to the store 5 minutes later with jewelry untouched still how the cashier had packed it asking for a refund. No manager on duty but she can text them and get a response within 2 minutes. Kinda shady business. Don’t be mad because I wanted to return your trashy products. Close the whole store.

Please be aware of this location. I went to purchase some jewelry today and even though the products are marked with the price from the company they still overcharged me and refused to do the price correction and told me the only thing they’re willing to do is to return the items and not sell them to me at the price that they’re listed for. As always, there’s no manager available only a young teenager working the register

Brand new to the Florida mall they have a sister location in Altamonte. This chain sells fashion jewelery and accessories with inexpensive prices! Great spot to find a piece for just about anything.They are well laid out and have a good mix. From items to wear to fancy events and fun kids pieces with bright colors. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have baskets up front to help you hold stuff while you shop.They do was piercing as well!Overall: AGreat new fashion jewelry shop on the cheap!

Love the accessories... they're different and the prices are not bad... but I just got the most horrible customer experience, here at the Florida mall location, the lady that was attending was really rude! I just asked a simple question about having to give my email in exchange for my receipt...she gave me the bag with lots of attitude, very disappointed! 7/20/2021 around 2:35 pm

Excellent customer service and such a great store with variety! Went in for a piercing and Alejandra was great! Explained everything in detail and most importantly did all in a safe sanitary environment. Got to meet her boss who also was sweet,good job ladies :)
