I had the worst experience at this location. I ordered floor tiles. I saw it with my own eyes at the store. I paid w my LOWES CREDIT CARD and was supposed to get it delivered 2 weeks ago. Well, they keep bsing their way around and ended up canceling my order and selling it to somebody else. They said I was the one who cancelled when I never did it. I had contractors waiting for the material at my house that weekend my stuff was supposed to get delivered to start working. I ended up paying them for waiting and no tiles. Is that how yall treat yall vets ? I will never buy from this store.

We went to Lowe’s around 8pm to get some wires for our dryer and as we were in the store there was an overweight short man (he worked in the store) that kept staring at my child which was very uncomfortable but I didn’t think much of it till right after he left another man came to the same aisle and looked like he was following us when I looked at him he looked the other way I told my husband he took the cart and we kept going when we were going to check out the man that followed us was there I stayed staring trying to see his face he purchased a piece of candy and ran outTo whoever reads this please be very careful be aware of your surroundings

Hello "Mike the Manager" because I don't deserve to know your last name, according to you. After spending over 7k in windows, I was told they would be delivered on 12/18. Now I'm being told Lowes doesn't deliver on Mondays. So who is going to compensate me for the crew I have coming out on 12/19 to install the windows? I take a day off work, because the best estimate is 8am to 8pm delivery, schedule a crew to install my windows the next day, and am being lied to and disrespected on the phone? Time to get corporate involved. Avoid this store at all costs!

Lowe's is a good store to get the things you need to do different projects. Almost always everything is achieved. In this last year I saw some things missing or rather the replacement was very slow. Another thing is that they must be attentive to see the things that come out more, they must have a higher inventory.

IMPORTANT ‼️ DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT LOWES2800 W. Sandlake Rd., Orlando, FL 32819. The associates are Rude as you try to take an escalate the situation to management starting from the assistant manager and up everyone’s on a power trip.I spoke to an assistant manager. Sean spoke to a supervisor named Cristian and I requested to speak to Mike but of course he was not available. I haven’t been here in years because of this today, I come and try to purchase something and get a military discount with my military ID. They are telling me in order for me to get a discount I have to put my military information in the system or guess what Home Depot doesn’t do that and that’s why I purchased there the majority of the time because all I have to do is present my identification and not put my personal information in a database that if they breach it, you guys are calling me and saying I’m sorry Because what that’s what you guys do .

Lowe's has a lot of grills to choose from. The people there are good at helping you if you're not sure. The employees are nice and explain everything simply. Shopping there is just cool, especially if you're looking for a grill. Good quality and lots of selection. The store is big but not complicated. The prices are okay. Overall, if you want a grill, go to Lowe's. It's a relaxed shop where you can easily find what you're looking for. Simply a good experience for anyone who doesn't want a lot of frills, but a good grill.

Pathetic staff at this location. So called manager had the balls to run his mouth and question my purchase that was done at the customer service desk. The stupid cashier didn't remember me picking up and signing for my online order less then 5 minutes earlier. The manager is just lucky he didn't put his hands on me. It will be reported to the lowes corporate office.

I am disappointed of the service during the delivery of my washer; the driver/person hooking the machine said I can't help you you need to call a plumber because the hook up valve is rusted .by the time I went to check on them they left and I didn't get the chance to see anything, my husband was there and told me the same thing they told him .when went to check they could've kept the "rusted" valves and hook the old hoses to the new machine they are not too old also they hawl my old machine with is not what I wanted .it gave me option to hawl for $50.00 but I didn't choose the option .I want my old machine back seriously I am very disappointed .

As a frequent shopper and long-time admirer of Lowe's, I have always appreciated the quality of products offered and the professionalism of your staff. However, my latest experience was far from the standard I have come to expect from your esteemed brand.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an employee who initially appeared eager to assist. However, after our brief discussion about the product I was interested in, I was left standing unattended for more than ten minutes. As a customer, I value my time and find it disheartening to be left in such a situation, especially when I was ready and willing to make a purchase.This experience was not just frustrating on a personal level, but it also raises concerns about the potential financial implications for your company. The delay and lack of attention could be causing loss of sales, as customers may choose to take their business elsewhere when faced with such service.Moreover, the situation could have been easily avoided if the staff was adequately trained to handle multiple customers or if there was a system in place to ensure that no customer is left unattended for a prolonged period. This incident indicates a gap in customer service that needs to be addressed.Despite this experience, I believe in Lowe's ability to rectify this situation. I went to lowes and I had to buy a couple of bushes in the garden center and this nice employee kayne helped me with knowledge, service and even picked up my bags of soil and had them at checkout. Thankyou for making my shopping cut in less time and being so sweet! KUDO'S TO YOU KAYNE!!!!
