What to say about Lowe's Home Improvement on John Young Parkway?We love this location. First of all, it's huge and so we can find everything here. The organization is superb, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.We bought our washing and drying machines and the delivery and installation was handled excellently. They also have plenty of space for the pick up area, veteran parking, the garden section is huge and well there is just everything to get here. Highly recommend it!

Sometimes it’s hard to find someone who works there but when you do they’re always helpful! Not usually crowded but there’s been a couple people without a mask on. Checkout lines can be long due to only one or two registers open. Overall a pleasant experience and not busy store.

Lowes is #1 home improvement store IMO. Cesar - tool department- went out of his way to be helpful. The associates are a step above other stores like HD. No reason to shop elsewhere.

Kind of a typical Lowe's disaster.....no one to help, empty departments (no employees)......an experience most contractors have come to expect at Lowe's. July Update.....1/2 the employees either not wearing a mask or wearing it with nose out (or on the neck). They quote the law in Orange County on the entrance, as far as wearing a mask goes, but do not enforce it for their own employees.

Great customer service at the Lowe's on Sand Lake Rd and John Young Pkwy. We were able to purchase a lawn mower have all our questions answered and we were in and out of this store in under 35 minutes.

Customer service is the worst you can hardly find an employee in the entire store. I wanted to get paint I waited about 15 minutes by the paint counter no employees at all the only employee was the cashier so I didn’t waste more time I left to go to Home Depot and guess what there was 2 employees and a vendor helping customers.

Absolutely horrible!!! I was completely ignored by the employees, waited 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Asked an employee for help and said it's not my department. Went to customer service asked for help again and was told to wait where I was before and they'd send someone over. Waited another 20 minutes and no one came. Left the store empty handed. I understand if the store was short staffed but the way some employees handled it was not professional.

If shopping and find something in clearance, make sure it is marked. We bought a shoe organizer and the store worker told us it would be 75% off. When we got to tye frint of store it was 9.00 off. That's a huge difference. Long story short make sure the clearance is marked with pricing.

Store was bright and not to busy. Team members wearing masks and recognized COVID 19 requirements. Employees were very helpful and helped my wife and I in finding the kitchen faucet we were looking for. We want to thank the gentlemen that helped us that was working in the electrical department. He was very professional and polite. Thank you Lowe's!

I had bad service in returning some items here. I live in orlando but I did a job in ponciana and bought at the lowes store and when I wanted to return they told me that I had to go to poinciana to return them. As far as I know if you buy in a Lowes store you can return it in any store.

Overall awful experience. Purchased refrigerator washer and dryer one month prior close on new home. However. One day before delivery. The lady called me and said: “ we are not coming tomorrow. you refrigerator and dryer is not here.” Luckily enough they provided us a emergency refrigerator and washer after several attempts of call. Also their system is kind of outdated. Their schedule delivery are not trusting. For over three times they changed delivery date due to inventory and didn’t notify us at all. Let us wait at home whole day for nothing. Customer service are like know nothing about it.

Drove all the way to the store for 45 minutes to buy an item that my local lowe’s store didn’t have it in stock when i arrived at the store after verifying they had it the price was $100 higher and would not honor their sister store pricing. I left this store after contacting Home Depot which was able to match the price and do free delivery. Its a shame i had to go to the competitor after i buy everything from Lowe’s and often use the Lowe’s Credit card. One customer lost solely for customer service. I will give this store a 1 because there is not an option for 0.

This was such an awful experience, employee, lead, supervisor and manager was just horrible. Never had a Lowe's that treated my husband and I so bad. It's like they honestly didn't care, the employe was totally out of line and aggressive. The management team handle the situation poorly and unprofessionally, we felt so disrespected and couldn't believe the lack of care this store had. We will NEVER b returning to this Lowe's again.

I love this Lowe's! Five stars for the best service in any home improvement store I've been in Orlando! Although I live about 30 minutes away and there's a Lowe's and another home improvement store around me that is closer, I tend to make my way to this one. Each and every time I walk in, the employees make me week very welcome and cared for. They are so attentive and know their information and any product I have a question on. If you feel like your home improvement store isn't up to par or if it's too crowded, come to this one, you'll get the service you'd expect.

Could not find 3 of the 6 items I intended to purchase. Was never greeted by any of the employees (after I overheard their morning meeting where greeting customers was emphasized). Ordered a dishwasher from Sand Lake Road Lowe’s Jan 5. Waited for details on delivery and installation. Got a call I had not paid, yet after going in to the store, I found out they charged me twice but did not charge for installation. Thought that was solved and 2nd time I spent Saturday waiting for delivery, nothing. Went in to the store, and was told they would deliver it today. Guess what. No dishwasher, so I called and was transferred around the store after asking for a manager, and then the hung up. Don’t order anything from this store until Mr.Bosque and his employees get their act together.

Just want to share my experience at this store after having an unsatisfactory online order. Although I had challenges at the customer service desk, I received OUTSTANDING customer service once Henry came to the rescue and went above and beyond to make sure to turn around my whole ordeal. The store can use more employees like Henry who definitely knows about guest recovery and guest satisfaction. Thank you so much! You sir, definitely turn this experience around.
