I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment I received today at your store while purchasing a refrigerator for my daughter. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after today’s experience, I can no longer justify giving my business to Lowe’s.
I went to your store with the intent of buying a refrigerator, and I asked if you would price match with another supplier who was offering a lower price. Your website clearly states that you "guarantee the lowest price" and offer price matching. However, when I made this simple request, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from your staff. I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong for simply asking for the price match, which is clearly advertised on your website.
As the owner of a drywall company, I frequently make large purchases for both my business and house flips, including appliances and building materials. I spend a significant amount of money at stores like Lowe’s and expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. Sadly, the experience I had today was the exact opposite of that.
Given the way I was treated, I will no longer be doing business with Lowe’s. From now on, I will be taking my business to other suppliers who value their customers and actually honor their stated policies.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as my experience today has left a very negative impression of your company.

This Lowes can’t communicate when its managers for its respective departments work. They’ve held $8k in doors from me for 3 months without resolution and the best they can do is store credit instead of a refund because they fraudulently reordered on my behalf with gift cards instead of of using my Amex on file. The store manager can’t even step up to help me.

Don't pay these people to deliver and install your appliances.
Their delivery company asked, "Is it on the ground floor?" I informed them it was on the third floor. Then they asked, "Is there an elevator?" I answered no.
Upon arriving to first inspect the laundry hookups, they refused to complete the order because "the gas pipe wiggled." Why does that matter? The hose is connected between the dryer and the valve. I won't lose sleep if the hose starts dancing.
In my opinion, they simply did not want to carry my appliances up three flights of stairs, despite the units being light enough to scoot across the showroom floor.
So, I had to call Lowe's back, and they thought the delivery was complete. After arguing with them, they reviewed the notes and asked, "Was only the dryer delivered?" I had to remind them that the delivery company complained about the dryer and delivered nothing.
Fortunately, Lowe's reissued the delivery through another delivery company that wasn't afraid of climbing stairs. This time, however, they refused to install the gas hose because "the cap is too rusty; I can't get it off." The technician was literally holding the valve with one hand and applying a wrench to the cap with the other.
Frustrated, I decided to attach the hose myself, using two wrenches simultaneously—one on the cap and another on the adapter attached to the valve. The cap was removed, revealing shiny threads.
I'm no handyman, but the bottom line is that you can't find good help these days, and if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

This place is immense with everything under the sun. The only trouble is, customer service representatives are few and far between. I have nothing but good things to say about the people at the exchange counter however. Overall, a good experience.

Best big box home store in West Orlando!
Very organized, well stocked, clean and attractive store including the outdoor department. Employees there like Paulette, Will, Nolan, Kelan and Kenzie take care of the product and customers.
Charles please keep the parking lot and entrances free of litter and trash.

Everything is very organized, and the customer service is awesome. I don't need to be a professional to make anything. Lowe has my back with all that I need. Especially the right color paints for my bathroom.

I really hate this store on colonial. There needs to be training in customer service. Most of the time and the majority of the staff walks around and never asks if I need help. I've been going there for years and I can count the amount of times someone asked me if I need help. I get more help from other customers. The garden center is worse, including the cashier. I've had it. I've discovered the Apopka store recently and the service is tops. Going there permanently now. Major difference in customer service between the two stores. By the way, lowes started a rewards program and never once did the colonial store asked me for my phone number for the rewards. I only discovered it when I went to apopka store and they asked me for it. My majority of purchases is from the garden center. Today, I asked the cashier if I can give her my phone number for the rewards after she punched in a gift card but still had a balance due. She was annoyed and said she would have to do it all over and cancel the sale to enter my number in first. Of course, she didn't bother to do it. How about asking customers first if they have a rewards number? Owners and managers, your employees are a reflection of your store. Train them well.
