Home Depot is clearly the superior version of this store for many reasons.
I purchased some blinds and curtains & the certain said “deal” normally 40$ but 17$ now & nothing about it being defected.
I get home and I bought two they both had massive stains. I lost the receipt & wanted to return for another set that wasn’t stained or store credit & they told me if it said “deal” I should of known better & there’s nothing they can do unless I have the card I purchased with or the receipt which I didn’t have either.
Regardless this would have never happened at Home Depot & there’s absolutely no reason something that’s on sale should come damaged. There was no sign or note anywhere & im very unhappy with this location and the customer service provided to me.
Ended up spending an additional $60 on curtains hopefully these are goo! This time i got the receipt saved and sent to my email!
What a joke, side note there was an older gentleman who helped me cut the blinds the day prior and he was coool & didn’t screw up the measurements 👌

Jojo is a great worker! I had a hard time looking for an item so I noticed her and I asked her where I could find it and she took me straight to what I was looking for. She asked me how my day was going and was very nice and professional. I had a few questions about an item I was buying and she answered all of my questions. She made my shopping go so easy.

This place employs the most incompetent and crooked fools who feel each one of them are the owners of Lowe's.
Couldn't get help for over 20 mins, once I found the item myself, the cashier over charged my for it twice and then began to call the store seducing that I stole the second charged item. It was not after they review the tapes and found out there was no second item just a dumb incompetent cashier - I was allowed to leave. Never again Lowe's never again.

I recently bought a small refrigerator that I had been searching for in various stores. I finally found it at Lowe’s at an affordable price. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my purchase.

Only have self service check outs and they have lots of glitches. Instead of sending customers to a different kiosk, where you once again you have to come fix another issue, why don't you just ring up customers yourself? Horrible

Scammed us out of $30 on a truck rental and then tried to charge more for gas— when it was full!!! Next time you go to shop here ask yourself why the Lowe’s parking lot is empty while the Home Depot lot is full. Ask yourself why HD will hold your truck until you’re done shopping but Lowe’s overcharges even when you return early AFTER stopping to fill up the gas.
NEVER AGAIN!!! Do not shop at this garbage store!
