I was sent the wrong order. I contacted their customer service because I didn’t think I should pay for the return shipping label since I was not returning my original order. They dragged the process for weeks and I never received the “prepaid” label they promised. I ended paying out of pocket to return the order. They took a while to refund me and once they did they had the nerve to keep $8 for shipping. I reached out again to customer service and they said they would refund me the money if I showed them proof that I paid for the shipping label. I was mad but I did. Now it has been over a week and I have not received the money and they are not replying to my emails. It is not about the $8, it’s about making it right when you mess up. I will never again order online from Lucky Brand.

Mark is definitely one of the best salespersons in Florida. I’m a 19 year old college student, and have never been excited to go clothes shopping until Mark showed up. I went in to get a return as the clothes I bought were too large, and Mark could immediately tell me what size I should get, and when trying clothes on he gave me some other ones that were my style, whether I knew or not. If there were more stars to give, I absolutely would. Great guy, tons of fun, and had my parents chatting with him the entire time. If you’re looking at the outlet, this is where to go.

Good stuff in this outlet but the guy who works there is very rude. I mentioned that I was considering moving to Florida because he asked how I like here but then made a face and told me I should move to Delaware. How about you mind your business and do your job.

Had a pricing issue on a pair of jeans. Manager spoke with us and was unprofessional and rude. Needs new management.

Poor customer service. I was there 1/19/23 and the man working there was too busy chatting with a woman about a movie or show. Just pointed where the jeans were that I was interested in. My husband and I just left. I will never return. I will just buy online now as the luckybrand online service is excellent.

Staff helpful and nice. Found sweater dresses for $14. Many good deals available highly recommend this location. Will return great selection of clothing and styles

Had such a good experience we made two separate purchases within an hour. Staff was friendly and attentive (Mark and Steph). Mark knew our sizes and styles better than we did and made our time fun and memorable. Highly recommend!

I must say Stephanie and your co-worker, Mark (who rang me up and I almost purchased all the Yellowstone merch) today were amazing(11/5/22), we stopped by your your store with my daughter, home from college for the weekend and we decided to visit this outlet mall. She wanted jeans and Levi's didn't work-out for her but the minute we walked into this store, it was nothing but laughs and the service we received today was above and beyond, the store was clean with everything in its place and in order, I will definitely be back and happily spend my money here. Thank you so much for all your assistance.

My husband and I had a marvelous experience at the Lucky Brand store today. Mark R. helped us find everything we needed, searching out the right size.
