Luis Diaz and his staff have never disappointed me, I can always contact them when needed and I have always received the discounts without any delay. With all the issues going on with insurance companies today I know Luis Diaz and his staff will be there for me. It is a great relaxing feeling.

This agency did a 180 in the wrong direction. They used to provide great service when I first signed up with them several years ago, but over the span of a year and a half their phone service, if they even answer it, has gotten atrocious. You can forget about receiving an email response as well. Their staff turnover has been abismal, so when I do get to talk to someone, it's never the same person twice. A real shame because this had been one of the best agencies I had dealt with.

The worst I have ever celt with. They raised my rates even though I have never had an accident. They never told me I had to down load the Allstate Insurance app to get a lower rate. They are the worst insurance company. Absolutely do not use them .... unless you want higher rates and poor customer service. Call me a 407.864.0636 if you have any questions. I you have them now cancel...... I got with a different Allstate agent and got better rates!!!! If I could give them a zero I would.

Given a quote through the office manager then when the renewal offer came it was much higher by more than a $1,000. When asked by a “survey” about my my experience I was emailed that I would be contacted. Didn’t happen.

Probably the worst insurance agent ever. Has an attitude problem. Told me he would have my documents 3 times in a row. I call him and EVERY time I call him he asks who I am. Horrible.

Luis and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their inventory is large and high quality. Always easy to contact and very prompt responses. Been in business at this location for a long time. Recommend highly !!
