We held my daughter's birthday party here yesterday and had the absolute best experience. Matt and his crew were excellent with the kids. All of the kids had the best time and came home with a bag of stuff! The other parents agreed it was a great party experience! Thank you guys so much for making our girl's birthday!

I walked into Lush and Rachel was so awesome! I usually don't write reviews but I really had to make sure to give some recognition to this awesome employee! She gave me a few samples so that I can try and I ended up purchasing a sugar scrub. She was so patient and kind! She was also extremely knowledgeable on the products and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you for the great service Rachel, much appreciated!

This was my first time shopping in a Lush store instead of online, and I had such a great experience. Kaylee greeted me as soon as I walked in and was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. I mentioned that I’d be going back home where there’s no Lush, and she was so kind in helping me pick out the perfect body spray that would last me. She really made my visit special and I’ll definitely come back to Lush Florida Mall when I’m back in the state. Kaylee is amazing!

Went today to get a bath bomb, and I know one of my favorite scent is a seasonal one (Guardian of the Forest). I was curious if they could let me know when. Ashley was super helpful and just amazing, she tried to find a good substitute, literally walked around the store and was trying to scent match it! The Alyssa told me that the scent was retired, and she was so helpful and showed me what was a super close substitute! I have to say absolutely amazing! 10/10

Derick was such a pleasant experience loved the attention he puts into his work and dedication never had a worker put so much detail into making a customer satisfaction going above and beyond in showing demonstration amazed in his effort saron was also such a sweetheart also taking care of us 10/10 will be going back

Well stocked, clean, and easy to find what I wanted. Staff were polite at checkout and efficient. I appreciated that they weren’t overbearing on the sales floor which made it more comfortable for me to browse and I ended up getting an extra item.

Ashley and Alyssa have been so amazing! They helped me out with multiple samples and my many questions. For somebody with eczema and sensitive skin lush has been a lifesaver, and their staff always makes the experience so memorable and enticing to come back again and again. Another gentleman also greeted me at the door. I didn't get his name, but he was super awesome as well. Thank you lush! You guys made my day
