11/17 Chloe the manager was the BESTTTT ! Very friendly , good energy && was very helpful . Helped me do a combo for my first time with my sister , answered all my questions && gave great feedback ! Would come back for her service again .

It has never been a good experience at this MAC counter. The ladies that work here are never friendly, I was sad to see the MAC store leave the mall for this reason. This last time I went there I said a friendly hello with a smile to the only artist there. She straight up ignored me. Right away I say a louder “hello I need some concealer”. Straight to the point so she couldn’t ignore me. If it weren’t for the brand, I would never come here.

MAC counter ladies are rude and do not represent the brand well. This is probably why other lines are doing better! Terrible customer service, and no one ever wants to be helpful!
Note; when a customer approaches for help with their make up or color matching, it’s because they need it! Making it obvious you don’t want to help, is highly unprofessional if you’re working at a makeup counter!

Witnessed their staff stealing customers from one of their hardworking disabled makeup artist. The greed this unacceptable and unethical.Their regional manager brad is allowing this behavior.

Great professional service by Mia. My wife went in there and Mia was the best. My wife is sick with cancer and she felt down and she was going to a wedding. She came by Mia and Mia took of her makeup, left her spirits, and my wife left with great attitude. Thank you Mia and thank you Mac for hiring such a professional staff.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I was speechless and flabbergasted by the service I received. I went in to this Pro store to purchase a large quantity of supplies. My makeup team is based in north central Florida and a round trip drive to Orlando is about 4 hours total for me. We have recently not been able to get certain items online but this Pro store had them in stock. As owner of this company, I employ a group of 17 makeup artists who usually make pro orders online through my account. All of our artists are licensed professionals most of whom have Pro-cards with Mac. The woman helping me was the manager .... how do I know? An employee asked for her permission to go on lunch break. Furthermore, she directs an employee to help me while said employee is cashing out another lady at the register. 3 customers were inside the store with only one other associate helping someone and she instead directs associate to help me. Not the greatest first impression of a Pro store if you ask for my opinion. The other associate informs this lady that she was already helping someone and the lady was forced to help me with little effort. I informed the woman I wasn't sure if my pro card needed renewing because my team regularly places the Pro orders but I could renew my card if necessary. It took a bit of a verbal run around for her to even get to the point of checking if I needed to renew my pro card. She told me I could renew online and I would need all my credentials. All of my account information is in the system ie. procard account info, FEI#, license#, business license so I could do this while in store. She informed me that the transaction couldn't be completed because it would take 48 hours for the renewal of my Pro card. She added that even if I did renew the card that she couldn't override the transaction which seemed somewhat off to me. I asked if she could hold the items and if I complete my renewal online would I be allowed to have a friend or colleague come pick it up who lives in Orlando. She said no because I needed to be there to verify my Pro account. I was so confused at this point because I am just trying to figure out how to get these items I need for work, renew my membership and have someone who is closer to at least come pick up the items for me. Instead, I have a lady with a bad attitude and lazy demeanor not even try to help a customer who spends a lot of money with your company. I was extremely upset with this lack of professionalism and it is sad to see this type of service in such a high end area. She literally did nothing for me. I left the store and wanted to do some shopping for a couple of things for myself and was literally in tears. I do makeup to make people feel good, beautiful, and it's a fun and happy environment. I never in my life have dealt with someone in this industry who is truly a miserable person who wants to ruin peoples day. Hopefully this complaint will fix the service provided from this store. Retail is about serving and helping the customers as best as possible. I expect better from MAC Cosmetics in the future. 0 Star Rating
