Outstanding Customer Service in the Children’s Department
I had a wonderful experience at the Macy’s Department Store at the Florida Mall in Orlando, specifically in the children’s section. A very kind and helpful associate named Yenis went above and beyond to assist me, and Yenis' customer service truly stood out.
She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, taking the time to help me find exactly what I needed. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, which is something you don’t always find these days. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference.
Because of her, I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and appreciative of the great service. Macy’s is lucky to have her, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. I will definitely continue shopping here because of experiences like this.

I have NEVER had an issue with my orders , in all the years I've shopped with macys. This past week I had an item missing from the pickup order. I was told I WOULD NOT be able to get a replacement, that a refund was the only option. Days later, I had not heard anything, so.i reached out again, I only to be told the refund was denied. ON A MISSING ITEM. This has to be a joke.
