I received the best advice I’ve ever had here. Told me what was wrong, which frame shop to use, key question to ask at my Honda dealer and refused to charge me for 30 minutes of advice. Unlike any mechanics I’ve ever dealt with, I have to give them an A+ because they look out for their customers. My experience was a local mechanic was like none other. They advocated for me with my extended warranty company and kept me updated every step of the way. I'm sure the whole team is great however, I worked with Larry Joe. I will take my car there and have recommended them to at least 5 people. If there was 6 stars I would select.

The Magic Mechanic was very good at explaining the issues they found as well as very upfront about the costs involved. JD was very helpful and took his time to explain what they needed to do and the timeline involved. Everyone we talked to was very helpful. I highly recommend The Magic Mechanic.

They did a oil change for me on my lastest visit, they got me in and out quickly. Larry Joe, is always helpful and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend trying them for your vehicle requirements, you won’t be disappointed!

These folks are really the best, just a few points:1) They take care to find & fix the real "root" cause of a problem, not just what the "computer code" says...which is usually incomplete or completely wrong.2) They are always willing to explain things, even if/when you ask questions...hat may seem ignorant to a mechanic.3) They are honest and don't try to come up with unnecessary work.I can not say good enough things about these folks, the quality of their work, and the fact they always take care and do the job right.Services: Electrical repair

Took my car in & it sat for 5 days with nothing being done. It was out put on a computer & still nothing fixed . I picked up my car & took it somewhere else where they will begin work tomorrow! Very poor service. Do not use this place.

Had my 1951 chevy pickup brought in for service as it was not running right. They identified the issues and fixed them. The rebuilt transmission did not operate properly so they sent it back to the manufacturer for a new one which was reinstalled at no charge.Very pleased with their service.Services: Transmission
