Best Buy is an authorized repair center for Samsung phones. I made an appointment to have my phone fixedand I called the call center 3 hours before my appointment to find to make sure that everything was good to go. I was told that they would not be able to answer that and that I would have to go to the store. When I got there they informed that they did not have a Samsung Tech on staff at the store and that I would have to return the next day. It took me an hour to get to the store 45 minutes in the store to for them to tell me that they were not able to service my phone and another hour home This store is joke and I would recommend anybody to go to another store.

The employees here are clueless, and didn't care to fix the situation. I waited an hour to not be helped by a single person even though I knew what I wanted, because they kept prioritizing helping people who had no clue what they were buying. The employee at the electronics register was helping one customer for the entire hour which is ridiculous, and the 2nd employee was just telling people to queue up while he was leaning on a sign doing absolutely nothing. If you could avoid going to this bestbuy make sure you do.

This is absolutely insane. I ordered a dishwasher on April 19th 2022. It was suppose to be installed on May 26th. They come to my house with a broken dishwasher. I then have to be rescheduled for another dishwasher not until the end of June. June 30th. On the 30th I get a call stating their truck broke down and can not make it out to my house. I live in Orlando Florida so its very accessible to get to me. I then speak to the manager and they state they will get another truck to pick up my dishwasher and be out that night if not the next morning. Saturday rolls around and I get a text notifying someone will be at my house between 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM. No one shows up surprisingly. I call Best Buy and come to find out now the driver who has my dishwasher has "covid" ( this is laughable now). I then get rescheduled all the way out to August now and still no dishwasher. I have called numerous times and have been told that the agent has emailed the "higher ups" and I will be getting a call. NOTHING, NOT A SINGLE CALL. I call in today wishing to speak to a supervisor. I get a hold of Toni, I then ask Toni to transfer me to her superior and she declined and basically told me to have a good day. I am not quitting as this needs to be rectified. I run an insurance agency and all of my agents will be posting on every single websites, BBB, local best buys of my experience. I needed a new fridge as well and there is no way I will be purchasing that from Best Buy. At this point I need the CEO Corie Barry to call me and fix this. If not her then Matt Bilunas. If not Matt then Jason Bonfig, or Damien Harmon, Mark Irvin or any other one of you that will read this. Good Day.

Great experience and seriously the best service I have had at ANY Best Buy I have ever been to. I was greeted by the police officer guarding the door, then greeted again by an employee on the way to the department I was purchasing from by an associate who asked me if I needed assistance. I told him what I was there to buy and he told me it was locked in a case but someone would be right there to get it for me. Within 30 seconds another employee appeared with my item and rang me up. I was literally in and out in less time than it took me to write this review!

Bestbuy's Customer Service is HORRENDOUS! THE worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Quick backstory.... I recently purchased a Frigidaire mini-fridge on Bestbuy.com and it got delivered to my house. I unpacked it only to find a badly fridge (not ideal ofcourse but it happens, I get it... I was trying to be understanding). However, Best Buy's customer service to address the situation was what got me all worked up. In summary, I called BB's customer service and off the bat, they tried to push me off to the store to address the issue. I explained to them that I cannot fit the fridge in my car but they kept insisting it was the best approach to get the issue resolved! Really?! Finally when they understood, they took forever to process the return and replacement.... And common courtesy would be to offer me a compensation for the delay, inconvenience and frustration - but no offer. When I asked, after much consideration, they offered me a laughable $10 credit to my order. Hah! So I have to repack this fridge and leave it for pickup. Here's the real kicker, when the replacement fridge was finally delivered, it was in even worse shape than the first delivery. The box was damaged severely and someone (Bestbuy? Fedex?) had tried to patch it up with flimsy cardboard and tape. I emailed them and guess what...they try to pawn me off to the store! I called them and explain the situation. This time I ask to talk to a manager right away and the rep, like a broken radio, kept repeating the manager is engaged with another customer and that he can help... basically he just refused to transfer me, and then hung up on me!! Ugh :-/ I call back and get transferred around to different departments, but no manager. With each rep, I have to explain my situation and my frustration level continues to rise. When I finally get a hold of a manager, he apologizes and sets up the return/exchange. No compensation offered again. Few days later, unlike as promised, no exchange fridge!! I have no choice but to call back, talk to several incompetent reps that are reading from scripts and no help at all. I am sick and tired of Best Buy. Part of the reason for this lousy customer service is that they have outsourced their customer service to some remote place where the reps cannot speak decent English, have thick accents, don't listen or comprehend the customer's frustration and are following a script .. .and super slow to resolve anything. Oh btw I one of the reps promised me $100 compensation which they never honored. Stay far away from this company! You will only get headaches, stress and many hours of your life that you will never get back. No wonder Best Buy went out of business!!

Literally the worst customer service I have ever received at a Best Buy store ever. Emilio the manager is straight up awful, and Orlando is the least helpful employee I have ever come across at all my times going to best buy. I purchased a screen protector in December and under the warranty, i needed it replaced. They refused to replace it. Don't waste your time here. Take it to another location where they will literally replace it within 10 minutes and not waste your time like Emilio and Orlando will.

19 hours agoI really want to give this place 0 stars. FIRST OFF I WANNA SAY THE MANAGER DAVID AT THIS LOCATION SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER AT ALL. So I went this weekend to buy Nintendo Switch stuff and Nintendo Eshop cards for christmas. This Best Buy location was a MESS and sadly it was going to lead to the problem I had during my visit. I found a section with Surface Pro 4 covers that looked like they were priced for $39.99. There were a few on the shelf so of course I though I was getting the "Best Buy" .....when I went to the register to make the purchase, I was told it was actually $99.99 which is CLEARLY NOT WHAT THE PRICE TAG SHOWED ON THE SHELF. There were more than 1 Surface cases marked incorrectly MORE THAN ONE and still the manager DAVID says there is nothing he could do for me. Really David? You keep your store an absolute mess and the customers have to be turned away at the register after deciding to buy the item YOUR TEAM marked incorrectly! I can only imagine how many times this happens at this Best Buy. WHAT A JOKE. DO NOT SHOP HERE MY FELLOW FLORIDIANS! DONT LET THESE MANAGERS EMBARRASS YOU OR WASTE YOUR TIME AFTER YOU SPEND IT SHOPPING AT THEIR LOCATIONS. GO TO TARGET INSTEAD.

The prices tend to be on high side and staff less than knowledgeable. This alone though definitely does not warrant a 1 star. I give it 1 star because i bought a brand new an IMac with all the bells and whistles that my girlfriend insisted we needed. We bought it after work so the store closed shortly after we bought it. We proceeded home to set it up and it didn't work! I spent a few hours trying to get past the error screen to no avail. So i accepted fact i had to take it back. Next morning i am in store and go to exchange it. They take it into the back and then came back and tell me they will not take it. It is not the computer i bought the day before! I assured them it was and that i had never owned a Mac before. They refused to contact apple and look up who the previous owner was. They kept telling me it was IMPOSSIBLE for them to have switched the computers. To make a long rant short it took much yelling several hours and Apple support to get BestBuy to own there mistake. Even then they treated me as if i stool the computer (even though we proved i have never had an apple product). I am also an engineer at a well known company. fraud over a computer is not worth losing my job. Overall unpleasant experience that bordered cruel treatment and harassment.

Out of all the best buys I have been to in my life this one was by far the worst. There were way too many employees with nothing to do and not even remotely interested in helping customers. I have been a long time customer and have spent so much money within best buy and you come to expect a level of service that they are not able to provide at this location. I'd say these employees need to go to the Jacksonville locations and get trained on customer service and sales. We went in knowing we wanted to buy a galaxy watch. We were looking around and no one even asked us if we needed help. We had to find the section and items ourselves. I'm pretty self sufficient but we had questions about the watches and the differences. In between the item being brought from the back and being rang up no one asked us if we needed anything else, just rang the total up and waited for us to pay. Wasn't asked if I had a best buy account or credit card or how I would pay. It was rushed and it seemed like they just wanted to hurry up and get me to pay and get out so they could go about their business of hanging around with one another and playing on their cell phones. I highly regret giving this store my money. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I will not be shopping at Best Buy any more. You can't get any one person to handle your purchase. I was ordering on line and got transferred all over the place from the Phillipines to Texas to Florida. At the end was so disgusted that I cancelled (or tried) to cancel my order. They wouldn't even do that right...tried to deliver it today and I sent it back.

After a terrible experience purchasing appliances at Lowe's, Best Buy at the Florida Mall was amazing. They cared about the problems I'd had, and made sure my concerns were addressed. I purchased the exact same model oven, with delivery install and 2 years of ordict protection for LESS than I was paying with Lowe's, AND Best Buy's turnaround for sintakkatiin was 4 days, as opposed to 14+ days at the other place.....thank you Helaina & Jasmine. I HIGHLY recommend Best Buy!

Horrible customer Service . I ordered a Remote Starter and alarm as a Birhday gift to myself. I've spent a week since my purchase trying to get this thing installed. I was told that the order would be coming to the house NOT TRUE. You receive an email to download for the item and then you request an appointment. Sounds simple enough. No they forget to tell you , that you must purchase a harness and some additional items from another store because the installation store does not carry the parts that's needed for a full installation. I'm beyond PISSED!!!!!!! A full 4 days wasted...whoever runs this outfit needs to be hung at the cross

Today, Sunday September 23rd at 14:45 I walked into this Best Buy to purchase and activate 4 PrePaid phones. My experience was rather unpleasant. This man name John was extremely cocky, he never asked how I'm doing today, costumer service is key. He asked me how many phones I needed only to tell me: "no, you can only get 1 since you're not activating it" (why did you ask?! I'm thinking) Then I said: " I need to active 4, how many can I activate?!" He replies with an attitude and a smirk on his face: " I can activate 5 thousand but I will not sale it to you" (taking pride of being in control) After letting me stand there for a few minutes while he gets the phone from the drawer, he comes back to the register and continues to make me feel insulted and discriminated. He kept going on about how "people like me" get his associates fired. Saying he's superiors advised him to do this then he looked me straight in the eyes and asked me not to come shop at Best Buy anymore Insinuating I was doing something wrong but I have money to buy what I want and what I am allowed. What a joke right?! As a human being I should be respected; as a consumer, what I do with what I buy in my business. This is for Best Buy superiors, you guys really hire this person to represent you?! Please have John take anger management classes, it's very clear he has issues. Also, intensive training how to deal with customers period. Weather is a reseller or not. It's hard to understand, according to John, his associates get fired for selling( I thought that is what Best Buy do, SALE), I wonder if John will get fired for offering horrible customer service, insulting, disrespecting and discriminating a costumer. I understand being loyal to your job, but it was unnecessary for him to speak to me the way he did. I also understand if or when there is a limit to what I can buy, I just don't need to be insulted, discriminated and disrespected by anyone, specially when I am not doing anything wrong. At other locations, when there was a limit, I purchased what I could and was treated with respect, not here today, not from John, a troubled representative. Will you shop at a store that treat people like this?
