Gorgeous huge resort. It has 4 large swimming pools and hot tubs. A nice gym and spa with services. A bar and restaurant. It has tennis courts, ping pong table, pool tables and rooms have full kitchens if you want to cook like I did. It is a very nice resort with great service and very clean. If you are into golf there is a huge golf course.

We had a great family vacation at Marriott's Grande Vista! The studio was perfect for my little family to relax and unwind after a fun filled day. The pools were the main attractions, in my opinion. We did not eat at any of the restaurants on the resort, so I can not comment on those. Other than that, everything else was standard, free parking and wifi. Also, a studio room doesn't come with a kitchenette or washer and dryer. There were a few minor hiccups during our stay. The Foosball table and Giant Connect 4 in the activities area were unfortunately broken, and the pontoon boat on the lake wasn't functioning properly. It was extremely slow. In addition, I believe the resort experienced power outage, no electricity, no air conditioning, at midnight one night. These were a bit of a letdown for the kids, but overall, they didn't dampen our spirits. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional service we received from Jonathan Bryant, Safety & Security Officer. We encountered an issue that required assistance after 10pm, and Jonathan went above and beyond to help us. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly resourceful. His willingness to help us past normal working hours truly made a difference in our experience. Thanks to the comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and especially Jonathan's outstanding service. Just be aware that some of the game room equipment might be out of order.Shoutout to Jonathan Bryant!

We stayed here after Christmas during the week of New Year’s, and had a great experience! The first thing I wanted to point out to everybody is that this is a Marriott vacation club. This is not a hotel/motel but a timeshare resort. After reading peoples reviews, I noticed a lot of people were upset. There wasn’t daily housekeeping that typical hotels have. That is because it is a Unit with a living room/kitchen and bedrooms unless you get the lock off/studio. I am a Marriott vacation club owner, and am used to vacationing differently than I would, if I was in a hotel. I appreciate that though.I stayed here a few years ago and was a little disappointed with the upkeep compared from what I saw back in the early 2000s when I stayed. This time when I went back, I felt that it was very kept up, renovated. We stayed in a newly renovated room Across from the main pool and we loved the location. There are always tons of things to do here in terms of activities and a great path to walk on in the mornings. There is a huge Jumbotron at the main pool where they show movies and things like that. Since our kids are older now we chose to go to the pool across. There were still a lot of younger kids there, but there were lots of lounge chairs Overlooking the lake that we used for the days we were there.I do hate the new VIP check-in system for owners. Because it’s not really a VIP check in it’s just a way to get a presentation scheduled.I think housekeeping has some work to do because they are not prompt on getting things fixed or delivered to your room. It took a few calls for us to get shampoo and conditioner, because when we checked in the bottles were actually empty. That is something that should be checked with housekeeping as they are turning over the rooms. I feel like they know this though, and are trying to work on it. Definitely a shortage of employees in the world today so I think they’re trying to make the best of what they have to work with.Overall, I would come back and stay here again. This is not my home resort, but I really did enjoy it and it is beautiful.

Been coming here for 10+ years. It is Marriotts largest resort. They always do a great job maintaining the resort and keeping the rooms clean. A few years ago they added a Jumbotron poolside at the largest pool. They play movies on it, although not as frequently as I’d like. Staff is super friendly. They have a bit of a problem with people holding pool chairs, people go down at like 9:00am and hold 6 chairs by putting towels on them. The staff is quick to remove the held chairs if no one is seen in them which is appreciated. They will remove belongings and secure them. This latest trip we were able to get one free chair but no umbrella. I noticed an umbrella that was not being used elsewhere and I asked an associate walking by if he would mind moving the umbrella to our chair. His name is Paul Leahey he very professionally went and asked the people who had the umbrella if they minded (they didn’t) and then brought it over and set it up over our chair. Paul was great. I saw him the rest of the trip always working hard and very friendly. This is our favorite resort. We will keep going here probably forever.

We have stayed here a few times and enjoy it. Good pools and amenities. Rooms are nice. Beds could be a bit better for Mariiott standards. Nice location.

We have been coming to this location with friends who have the timeshare. This year we got our own room. The check in process is terrible. Waited over 5 hours to get a room. Finally called the manager and got into a room. Everyone in our group had to wait. The timeshare owner didn't get his room until 6. This seems to be a trend of not getting rooms in a timely manner. It's crazy how early you have to get up to get chairs at the pool. It says no reserving but that doesn't matter.Don't understand the housecleaning . We were there a week, they came once. My sons room, no housecleaning all week.Beautiful grounds, nice resort.

They sure know how to stuff em in! Pools are too small and overcrowded. The main pool is basically a party pool. Way overcrowded and noisy. The pool across the bridge is similar with less loud music and someone on the mic screaming all day.The smaller pools were quieter, but there are not enough lounge chairs or regular chairs! We arrived at mid day and there was not a free lounge chair at any of the 4 pools! Not so relaxing!Nearby activities: Close to Sea World

While the resort is beautiful there are a lot of issues my family had worth our stay. When we checked in we were assured by staff that we were placed in a handicapped accessible room with a roll in shower only to see that this was not the case. We were moved to a new room but the issues still ensued. Staff frequently did not leave towels and washcloths and left a dirty cleaning rag in the bathroom. I felt the online photos of the room were misleading as our balcony was a small box with a dirty screen. Overall, save your time and money as a stay here is not worth it as it is not as handicap friendly as it states and staff service is terrible if you aren't a vacation club member.

The hotel rooms are Villa type. It is a family-friendly, safe place, near the premium outlet malls, a few miles from the main parks. I've been going to that place for 20 years, I've never had a single problem, I've already tried other similar ones, Westgate, Orange, Vistana, etc.Rooms: The beds and pillows are neatSafety: There are several security elements in all of them.

We are currently staying here. Checked in on March 18th. We leave on the 24th. We are staying in a guest room with a king bed, kitchenette, sofa and sitting area. Our balcony has a view of the golf course. We absolutely love this place. It's very clean. Has lots of parking. Feels safe and secure. This is our first time staying here but won't be our last. It's a beautiful property. You don't need to leave. It has multiple restaurants, and lots of activities (golf, tennis court, multiple pools, volleyball) and much more. We love sitting in the courtyard. There are only a few things to note that they can improve on. We weren't given face washcloths. We got 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. However, we always travel with face washcloths and bath towels. Our comforter had a rip in it. The TV is too small and should have been placed where the closet is located. The TV kept shutting off. We had to unplug it at least twice per day. Even with a few hiccups. This, overall, is a great property.
