Great store very organized merchandise but I was charged tax and I'm non tax obligatory..they're manager has update the system cause by my land rights I don't pay tax and dont have to do forms like tax exempt customers

I love Marshall’s but this location not so much…. Went in about 20 mins before closing because I needed a shirt for work last minute. Found one and wanted to try it on real quick so I went to the fitting room. While in the fitting room an employee was sweeping the floor and came up to my door and pulled on it and said “hello who’s in there” then “how many items do you have, we close in 15 minutes you need to hurry up” then proceeded to huff and puff really loud. Felt very uncomfortable and it was just overall rude. Yes I understand they closed soon. I also work in retail so I get it but really?? That’s not how you treat customers.

Today I visited Marshall's in Goldenroad, Orlando Fl.
Indeed help searching and specific style of shoe. Ms. Luzmary (employee) take her time and effort to help me. She did an excellent customer service and the extra mile for me. I want to recognize her because that type of customer service we need all the time. I'm worked for another company as a Sales supervisor and Ms. Luzmary is an example of excellence.

Mother's Day gift , excellent ,organized store .The selection of clothes, bags, and accessories is amazing, The store had like 6 open cashiers, so do the process of buying super quick.

I like the variety of products they offer; they have well-known brands, and it's like finding a little bit of everything. The store is big, but I've seen bigger ones than this. The atmosphere is organized and pleasant. The prices are reasonable.

I when today 3/28/24 shopping in this Marshall’s at 11:25 am I ask the manager if she can discount and open box floor machine, she was so rude with me like I was still something, I will never go back there
