I LOVE MY FACIAL DAYS ? all thanks to the best technician Karen, she’s amazing and really professional.I’ve struggled with acne since young and my skin has never felt better. I always feel very happy and satisfied with her work. It’s obvious the experience and professionalism from her I feel like I get my time and moneys worth since she makes it feel like a luxurious spa experience , she also includes some AMAZING massages that just keeps me coming back! Not only do I get out with my face feeling clean and looking radiant but also feeling stress free and relaxed. The lady’s at the front are very sweet and make me feel welcome. Thank you !!

Horrible massage. Most of the "massage" was one handed. I had to ask her if something was wrong with her other arm. She said no, why? I said because you're not using it! It felt like the "therapist" didn't have any professional training.I't felt like she's been practicing less than a couple years. The massage was more like a body rub. If I wanted a body rub, I'd just go to a chinese massage where the skill and technique is usually better, more thorough, and more symmetrical, and they use all 2 hands and even two feet as well if you desire. Here at Massage Envy, T***a barely uses two hands, no elbows, and often just one hand at a time, spending an unequal amount of time in areas. SI have chronic pain issues, so I really appreciate skilled massage. It takes at least 10+ years of professional practice for a therapist to become good, in my honest opinion. Problem is, all the really good therapists are so sought-after that they are always booked far far out, and when traveling it's always a crapshoot to find a good therapist on a whim.I wish massage places would list therapists' bios and certifications so potential customers can decide ahead of time if they think the therapist would be a good fit for them.Also, I opted for the lavender essential oil aroma therapy upgrade, but I think it was forgotten, I didn't smell anything.

It should be required of staff to notify their customers 24 hours ahead if there's a change in staffing, especially if knowing that there was an issue days beforehand. I should not have to call to confirm an appointment at four o'clock in the afternoon when my appointment is scheduled for 12 the next day.I was understanding, and okay with switching to a different time that day, until I got lied to about why they failed to notify me earlier. (I only knew of the issue because of a friend who had the same issue the day before. She's the only reason that I bothered to call at all. Anyone who hasn't been to massage envy before wouldn't know that they send out confirmation emails and texts USUALLY 24 hours before. Not getting the text this morning was a red flag for one.My choices for appointment replacements were either during rush hour in the AM or the PM, or giving me a masseuse who last time cut my time by twenty minutes. (late getting me to the room and ending ten minutes early).If they knew this was going to be a problem I should've been notified earlier than I was. I could've even come in today if they'd told me when they knew of the problem on Tuesday. Its lack of planning and care, for a place that's supposed to offer relaxation, that upsets me.

Robert was amazing!!! He focused on the pain points that I had, was deep tissue and very aware of how to find the tension and release it on my shoulders especially. I highly recommend him. He was professional and polite. The office staff was also kind and helpful.

The place is clean and most techs are great. One time I noticed I didn’t get the full time allotted by a therapist, only shy of a few minutes, maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice. But that was once out of many times I been there. They’re all very professional and make me feel comfortable. At one point I had their monthly membership but stopped using the massages because life for me got hectic. Unfortunately, they told me my 6 unused 1 hour massages expired when I called to ask about it, and there was nothing they can do. I was hoping they’d at least offer half of them, or a gift card equivalent to the amount spent, or something, but they weren’t helpful at all with that. On me for letting them expire, but I think it’d be in better taste for customer service to offer something instead of taking $420 and offering nothing, leading me to give 4 stars instead of 5, and not renew my membership.

I’m rating 2 stars because the person assisted my mom with her massage was terrible terrible, he was just there to be there. My mom told him where her pain was as at,he said she had to reschedule an appointment. And also seemed like he had finished eating because he kept burping and smelt like fish. He seemed bothered by mom or being their period, if that’s the case Juan Moreno you should look for a different job. Wasn’t courteous nor considerate.The reason I’m rating it 2 stars was because the manager nice lady, offered to set another appointment with David who was amazing the first time.

This location is the worst location. I have had my membership for years and they wonder why I do not come in monthly and use my membership. Who wants to come to a place meant for relaxation and get more stressed out. The staff every time I come has an attitude and act like they don’t want to work there. The Managers are a joke and talk about the customers to other staff. They don’t care if your not happy or have an issue and they will take your money no matter what yet waste your time they do this as a scam. You pay for 60 mins however by the time you get to the room and the therapist comes in your 20 mins down. They they stop 10 mins before. The staff doesn’t care to keep your business as they rather this place go down hill then provide the service we expect and pay for. It’s sad to know that since this is a franchise and the owners don’t care nothing will be done. Better spending your hard earn money at hand and stone or another private office that will respect you and give your better service. I have been to other massage envy and this one is surpass the worst one with customer service. It’s sad that businesses lack the knowledge that if your front staff is horrible it reflects on the entire company. Hopefully they realize they need to change their attitude and respect the customers and their needs. Even if you can’t do something to accommodate have a better attitude and try to do what you can don’t just say well regardless your being charged so do you want to do it or no. Like who wants to hear that and waste their money? Value a customer that works hard and supplies income to the place you work instead of making someone feel like well I get paid regardless whether you are satisfied or not. Just disappointed all around at this company. Definitely will use my left massages and end the monthly subscription as it isn’t worth it. Rather go to Hand and Stone that is close by as well then here. Nothing will change with a bad review but at least I’m able to warn others. Stay away take your hard earn money to another company!

Khotira is the massage therapist I have been going to for almost a year now. She has help me after my hand surgery to relieve the pain. I'm a so relaxed when I leave. I would recommend her for the best massage ever.
