Chris was amazingly knowledgeable of how to get a great nights sleep. The level of care really showed and he truly wanted to make sure we got amazing sleep. We never thought about sleep until we started sleeping poorly and through conversation realized how little we knew about how to properly care for our mattress to make it last. He gave us options even at the potential risk of not making a sale. But the genuine care is why we will only buy sleep gear from Chris!

Friendly, knowledgeable sales person. Wasn’t pushy. Allowed us to have private time to test mattresses and discuss our likes/dislikes. Having credits for accessories is a nice perk.Will recommend the location to anyone looking for a mattress.

Two days ago we spoke with christopher at the mattress firm off turkey lake in orlando about our possible purchase. He not only made us feel welcome but also shared his knowledge. We felt comfortable and at ease while making our decision. In the end we made our purchase and his help was invaluable.

I highly recommend visiting this location. This was the second mattress firm location I visited this past week, and I finally made a purchase. Wilfred is the employee who assisted me; he was very informative and patient. I received a great deal as well.

I am very upset. The sales person would not allow us to see the mattresses we had in mind. Instead she pushed us to what she wanted us to see. We told her we only wanted to look at hybrids and she pushed us to a memory foam bed. We are not happy with it and she never explained the return system and now we find out we have to pay $200 to get the bed we originally wanted but we cannot get it as the mattress we were pushed into is in store and the one we wanted is online only and when I called online they said they would not help us. Now we are stuck with a bed we don’t want
