READ FIRST BEFORE GOING HEREOn 1/31, I called this location to see if there was availability for an oil change same-day. I called at exactly 4:41PM, and the location was closing at 6PM. When I called, I spoke to a man, asked if they were able to take a vehicle for an oil change, and he said "Yes sure, bring it in."Upon arrival about 12 minutes after the call, a girl at the desk, whose name I did not catch, asked me if she could help me. I asked, "Do you still have time for an oil change?" She rudely and abruptly answered "I thought I told you NO." I told her I just called and was told to "bring it in." She said no. I told her that I talked to a man. She replied with "Don't you drive a Lexus?" (I do not) and "Gimme the keys."I began to try to understand why I was being treated this way, when she again said "Just gimme the keys." I asked to speak to a manager, when she replied "I AM the manager" with the typical contemptuous and ill-mannered smile you would expect from such a person. I responded in kind with a choice word of my own on my way out of the door.If their customer service is an indication of the other services they provide, they will most likely underfill your car's oil, overtighten the drain plug, and leave you wondering why anyone would hire such a "manager" to represent their business.

Above and beyond exceptional service. I have never had such a good car service before and the staff were extremely helpful. I had needed my front and back brakes fixed up and Mavis offered the best prices in Orlando. The manager was very kind and informative. They also made an everlasting positive impression and I will recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for all that you do.

We've been coming to this shop since they opened, it's always clean, fast and friendly. Yesterday morning, I got a flat on my way to work and wasn't able to deal with the issue until later in the day. Forever grateful that Mavis is open until 8:30 pm on Thursdays, I brought my car in at 6 pm after work intending to leave my car until morning. They were able to give me a new tire all within an hour and I am forever grateful that they were able to save me from having another chaotic morning.

Excellent customer service, fast and professional . Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Tooly goes the extra mile to say the least in explaining and educating and making sure you know what’s going on and what is needed, very appreciated. Fair prices too. Miss Mavis was very welcoming as well!

There’s nothing worse than coming out to find one of your tires has gone flat… even worse to try and replace them late in the day. The staff at the Daryl Carter location were helpful and friendly and got me in right away! Special thanks to Ben and Tooly for the quick 30 min turnaround and reasonable pricing. I’ll be back to this location for sure.

Tuly the manager gave phenomenal service. This is my first time meeting him and I put him as the best. Made everything as efficient as possible. Thoroughly inspected all aspects of the vehicle to ensure safety in all. Earned my respect with his knowledge and willingness to patiently share it so I understand what further needed to be done and why. Applied discounts above what is needed. I spent about $800 and it was the best investment in my safety. The only knock I can have is that they get so much business it's best to get a ride home and wait for your call that your vehicle is ready...they were very busy the day I went...even then Tuly and staff were accommodating and constantly kept me appraised of the expected wait time.

Tooly was incredible and helped me out when I really needed it. Customer service was amazing and I would recommend that anyone needing brakes and tires go here. They took care of me and worked with me to make sure I got the break pads that I needed and made plans for the other services I’ll eventually get. I will be back! I trust them.

Tools and his crew are superstars! Five stars aren’t enough. They really helped me out on very short notice which I really needed. They went across town to pick up the tires that I needed. And their prices were so competitive that I came back the next day and finished getting all four tires instead of going back to my hometown which I had planned to do. Also, their place is IMMACULATE. You could almost eat off the floor—definitely NOT your average tire shop. Even their work areas were very clean. They offer recharging stations as well. I can’t enough good words about this business.

As an update, we went to another shop to look at our car for the brake issue, and it turns out one of the parts Mavis put in was a dud so that means they put a total of two dud parts in the car during our recent services with them. Mavis themselves only caught one. This was a very wild saga, especially after weeks of working with the team at this location to figure out what's wrong, it took another shop mere hours to find and address this issue.

Absolutely love this place, My go to spot for all my automotive needs. Always have everything in stock or source them quickly if needed. Cleanest shop facility in Orlando with perfect waiting area with wifi for family with play area for kids. Always get it done right Always 100% satisfied at discounted prices.

This location has some of the rudest people and worst customer service I have ever dealt with . We got 3 of our tires changed yesterday at their other location "tire kingdom" on OBT. Which is about 20 mins from this location. When we were driving later last night one of the tires blew. Side wall and all. This morning , we figured since we live literally 5 mins or so away from this location and the warranty states you can take the car to ANY location to get it looked at my husband called. After speaking to one employee and he was clearly annoyed and frustrated, he put his manager on the phone. My husband explained the situation again and the manger said that they couldn't service us basically because we didn't go there to begin with. Then he got more irritated and told my husband to "look at the phone number in the confirmation email and to pick up the phone and call it". My husband has an accent. I don't know if that has something to do with them being complete jerks or what. But I will say when we did call the Tire Kingdom to let them know what just happened with this Mavis, they called this Mavis and magically they said they'd be able to replace the tire. My husband and I are typically really understanding and don't really get upset with people but when you're just blatantly rude it crosses a line.We spent almost $600 between the 3 tires and the oil change we can't afford a tow. We had to pay someone to come to our apartment today to change it for us. We offered to bring the tire to show proof at either location for a refund. Tire Kingdom said nope, we don't do refunds. My husband brought the tire to tire kingdom and apparently there was a hole from a nail or something. I'm still pretty positive the tire was faulty or something as well but honestly, the level of disrespect and just rudeness from especially this location was astounding. We would never recommend this location or any Tire kingdom , Mavis, or any other sister company

This is my second review. The first one I left was due to a sudden loud squeaking sound my car made every time I braked after Mavis had replaced all my brakes/pads. I brought it back for inspection but they couldn’t figure out what was going on. I was told that the new ceramic brake pads may squeak in the beginning but it should go away after a few months. However, the squeaking never went away and it’s 6 months later. Well, I just brought my car to the dealership for a checkup and was told that whoever put the brakes on put them on backwards!? As a result of driving with them backwards they have worn down and I will need new ones soon. After he put them on properly the squeaking was all gone. So that was the problem all along. I already spent about $1,000 at Mavis on brakes/pads and now I will have to spend more money much sooner than I should have. I am so disappointed by this. If you need any brake work I would definitely go elsewhere!

What a nightmare. Spent almost 16 hours over the course of two days sitting in their waiting room wait for a full set of brakes and tires. Part of the delay was because they kept breaking the lugs when taking the tires off. After paying close to $3000, we left the shop only to notice our brakes squeaking badly. We called the next day and they said “new brakes do that at first” and to give it about a month. We gave it a few months but the squeaking continued. We went back but they said they couldn’t find anything wrong. But they replaced two of the brake pads for free anyway. The squeaking was a little better but still really annoying since our brakes NEVER squeaked before we took our car to them. But we did our best to ignore it and hope it would go away. After giving them $3000 dollars we didn’t have money left to get a second opinion. After that experience we decided to only go to our dealer for work. So, when the next maintenance check came up that is what we did. And what did the dealer find? MAVIS PUT THE BRAKE PADS ON BACKWARDS. This is what was causing the squeaking. In addition to the squeaking the brand new brake pads are now almost worn out because they were on BACKWARDS! Unbelievable. You would think a place that specializes in brake jobs would actually know how to do one. I mean, they even have the word “Brakes” in the name. But no, they totally screwed us over. What a huge was of money. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I called and got a quote over the phone in which I confirmed everything was included like installation. Went there to drop off my car and they stated it was a lot more and the quote was inaccurate. Why provide a quote over the phone and then hit the customer with nonsense stating they didn’t include this or that when i clearly confirmed with the person over the phone if installation was included and everything and she stated yes. This place gives inaccurate information over the phone to make you go there and then it tells you otherwise. Do yourself a favor and visit a more professional and accurate tire shop.

When you arrive, you walk into a clean and well-organized lobby with 3-6 chairs off to the left and a desk to the right. A lot of wiper-related product information is available for you to peruse while you wait for assistance from the service advisor. Once greeted, the person i spoke to was knowledgeable and efficient. I was offered a coupon for my service. Though it may be a bit more pricey than some places, because they were able to fit me in last minute and get me in and out so quickly, I'd give this place a 10/10. I was offered a coupon booklet as I left for future services, as well. I wish I could remember the man's name that serviced me in the lobby. He had dark hair and I hope this isn't offensive, but I remember the name being of middle eastern or South Asian origin. My best guess based off of what I vaguely remember his name to be, was that he was either Indian or Palestinian. I feel terrible not remembering but he was incredibly kind and provided exceptional service. I hope this helps identify him so he can be applauded. I'll try better to write names down in the future so I don't have to rely on a blurry memory. Thanks, Mavis!
