The Manager/cashier of this facility and what appeared to a line cook are running a scam from this facility. Placed a mobile app and they printed the receipt with “Staged” before I could arrive on site and put my spot number. After 20 minutes of waiting I pulled thru the drive thru and was met with sarcasm and laughter saying I didn’t put a spot number and that my food was over sitting on the counter. When I did and the app confirmed it. I use this app for another more friendly and less shady McDonald’s so I know how to use it. This order is for The elderly, Who were not able to get themselves here for pick up. The fact that they printed the receipt before a spot number was provided, met a customer with sarcasm and laughter claiming It was the customers fault when the app clearly marked the spot and sat in that spot for 20 minutes is unacceptable.i have heard of this thru others in my circle and thankfully my I was able to get the food I purchased. While I’m not sure what the scam is or if it’s looking for free food for their families because I know times are rough right now, my own family knows the struggle, but this type of service is unacceptable. They literally laughed at their customer sarcastically yelling out the window “have a good day”. Wow.

Went through drive through. Ordered standard meals, they gave 1 cheese burger of the 2 cheese burger meal. Ordered honey packets (showed up on check list), got the food, asked if honey packets were in bag - was advised "yes." No honey packets. Lastly, guy who gave us the food looked at us after giving us the food for about 6 seconds (estimated), then said "what you waiting for?" We drove off.

The bacon cheeseburger was good. The crispy chicken sandwich tasted weird, like fish maybe? I used the monitor to order; I kind of like it because I can take my time to get the order right. After ordering the food came to my table within a few minutes. The dining room was attractive and the rest room was clean.

It seems that all experiences at any McDonald’s is the same. The quality of food is the same everywhere. There are hardly any employees so there’s generally a little wait for your food and when you do get your food it’s rushed to you but again it’s McDonald’s you get what you pay

The Latin cashier on the morning shift, extremely arrogant and not at all friendly, does not even deign to greet the customer, she just goes about her business, it seems that she is doing a favor in serving the clientele, she never had eye contact with us, how can they have that type of staff ?

I’ll keep it simple, normally I order through the app and pick-up. Today I had a special order that required going to the counter. I was wished luck by another customer at the counter who seemed to be disgruntled as well. I proceeded to be ignored at the counter for 10 minutes straight. 2 managers looked me in my face with eye contact and continued to not acknowledge me. I watched them ignore another customer at the counter and when they did acknowledge there was a lot of unwarranted attitude. I understand that people have there issues at work but this was totally unacceptable. If you don’t like it there, the. Your mental health should take precedents and you should find somewhere else to work. I know, easier said than done but still. Needless to say, I didn’t order and I won’t be returning unfortunately. They put a bad taste in my mouth today. (no pun intended).
