NICOLE is the best!!!! I lost my phone and needed one for work asap!! I came into the store 30 minutes before closing time and she still made sure she helped me get a brand new phone, new number, home internet, and a brand new watch! She got my account up and running in not even 30 minutes! Great customer service great conversation! 10/10 recommend

The absolute worst Metropcs in Orlando. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this location to never waste your time or energy. This store should be shut down and leveled to the ground from the bad energy and people that "work" there. They are con artist and shouldn't be able to make money in the community.

One star is not deserved . Unfortunately I don’t have her name and unfortunately I can’t report her properly because she wouldn’t give me their corporate number . As soon as I walked in her customer service was trash and if you’ve been to the location you know the loc head lady that acts like a diva in a phone store . On top of her trash customer service she wants to be disrespectful by calling my clear to be partner sweetheart but I know when the devil is testing me . Clean up your act and do better

Store representative was extremely rude. I explained I wanted to leave my current cell carrier and change to Metro, I also needed a new phone. Every question I asked she was short and had a nasty attitude. As I was asking questions she told me to just go to another store. This experience was upsetting FOR NO REASON, completely uncalled for. I am taking my business to another company who can answer my questions and allow me to buy a new phone.

I have been with this company for 8years never had issues since I been to this store to buy a new phone add to my plan pay 135 After 3day I’m out GB don’t go there they really a scam they change your plans without telling you make you pay for what you don’t have I just went there today they was very rude to me because I asked them why I’m already out of GB

I visited this store yesterday and purchased a new phone and case. I was beyond pleased with the service I received. Mark was able to answer all questions I had. He was so kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much. Five stars for Mark and to Metro for having employees like him. Keep up the good work.

Excellent- Jennifer was exceptional!! What a breath of fresh air. The other agent is Rude and a big turn off. Jennifer should manage the establishment. Very customer focused, friendly, professional, efficient. I would recruit her for any top customer service role.
