The guy is going way too fast in there. He’s promising people deals. Then when they agree, he goes back on his word I was there for 45 minutes before he helped me.. Just for him to cut me off and help the person that came behind me, The deal that he offered me I called the metro on Orange Blossom Trail and they offered me the same deal but half price… shiestyyyyyyy

The customer service is terrible, they make you wait and then have no intention of solving the problem. They do not carry their names and speak in a passive aggressive manner while serving the customer.

Manager Axel,
If this store has good reviews, I know it must be because of Manager Axel. He is preseptive of a person's needs and cares about helping people. Does not treat you as just another customer with just another dollar. I hope MetroPCS gives him the recognition and appreciation he deserves. He helped my elderly mother and I greatly. I was having issues with my phone and Axel was able to resolve them pretty quickly! He was super helpful and helped me upgrade my plan. He was super patient and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a MetroPcs store in years!

The Lady behind the counter who helped me more than words can tell, I'm not sure of the correct spelling of her name, but it is pronounced KEE. I also just wanted to "Go On Record" as saying that she was absolutely 5 Star Platinum, And, I don't know what you are paying her, But whatever it is, IT'S NOT ENOUGH!!! UselessNo stars. THE WORST services EVER. The guy doesn’t know what he is doing. Switch all lines in my family. When we just wanted to reactivate/ buy a new sim for a phone that was lost. He was not able to do this. Instead he switch number in the account.
