Not friendly. They definitely didn't make an effort to help it's like "oh well it is what it is." Metropcs practices are deceiving. They hide information when the customer is getting a plan so they end up charging more. can't wait to switch to a different phone company. ?

Used to be my go to location. Not anymore. Horrid customer service. Told us they had what we needed over the phone, but the women working in the store claimed they didn’t. Also refused to help us transport the number. I canceled my service. If you need to stick with Metro PCS, try the location on Curry Ford Road. Too bad I didn’t go there first, I might have remained a customer.

Wanted to give a big shout out to Ben!! Purchased (another) phone a couple of days ago at this location (we are long-term customers), and Ben's customer service was - and is, EXCELLENT!! He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind and courteous and goes the extra mile to help make the transition to a new phone easier. Many thanks and much appreciation!!

Today I went to the Metro store for an emergency on a phone search because of water damage, and the customer service I've received from Ben was an excellent one, and I will also title him as an excellent phone advisor, which I am advising anyone reading this to go see him for a service to benefit your budget and lifestyle.

I've been on Metro for more than ten years, with a two year break at one point. This is the worst customer service I've ever had at a Metropcs store. They refused to honor a corporate fee waiver, refused to transfer my phone, and refused to even tell me the location of a corporate store. Never going there again, and I would advise anybody needing actual customer service to go to any store but this one.

I agree with Chris. This place sucks along with customer service. I have been a loyal customer since they opened. I went in there on Wens. to get some help. The lady was rude. Started using the f word at me. Really to a customer. All I needed was help on a issue I was having. Im done with this Company.

Do not shop here! They sold me an opened bottle of liquid and refused to return it. They are an absolute terrible business. Do not trust them whatsoever

They were pleasant, and tested me like I stole my phone. I asked they'd look up my account, and all. Wasn't needed, and couldn't help me. Bust! Oh, well. They were polite about it, tho.

DO NOT SHOP HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS!!!!.There is a guy that works there, who obviously doesn't want to be there .Message to the owners this guy is costing you money. He has a bad attitude. I went a different day, there is a young lady who works there who deserves a raise, she gives outstanding customer service.

The service is very bad, they sell you a screen that costs $3 anywhere for $22 and in the end it doesn't work and they don't replace it. For my part I do not spend my money in this place.
