Three employees here and only one is available to help while the other two talk to each other about the recent police interaction they had . Completely unprofessional. They have one guy doing all the work. And I had to wait for the guy to get done with the customer in front of me .

I’m not gone lie, from Felix going to get my iPhone to Yesenia trying to help me get my code. As well as Jahki assisting with trying to get my account # and Hansen making sure everything was good I mean this store is GREAT! Doing a merge off CRICKET WILL GIVE YOU HELL ESPECIALLY WITH the lazy people but you guys really helped make my day and made sure I left happy! I still want my “free” case lol .
