Don’t give this metro your business. Better to travel up the road to Holden or the one on obt by the Walmart. I went in here to port my phone number over and the workers were loud and obnoxious while I was on the phone. I could hardly hear when trying to call for my information. And there was no one in the store but THEM. Had to put my phone on speaker and I still couldn’t hear. When I asked the workers to please quiet down one of them told me to “just leave then” and continue the conversation. I left I got taken care of at the metro down the road. Same guy was on his phone and tablet the whole time he was talking.

I walked to the store to get a new phone case and screen protector only for the woman in the store to close 15 minutes before closing time and avoid eye contact with me as I was trying to get her attention.

Salesman refused to honor a promotion for a $75 iPhone 12. Went to a store 5 minutes down the road on Holden Avenue, got what I wanted in the first place with no pushback.

When I went to the store to purchase a new phone I was given multiple incorrect prices due to the sales agent trying to force to purchase additional items/services I did not want. Once I finally got the phone I went home to check my receipt to find out that I was charged $37 for a charger I DID NOT REQUEST OR AUTHORIZE. To make matters worse, the charger WAS NOT EVEN IN THE BAG. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Don't expect anything less than shady character when visiting this store.

I've been a customer out of this store for several years. I really like the customer service provided here. It's not in the nicest part of town but that doesn't matter, I've been noticing some real improvements in safety throughout this entire sector of town. Thanks Metro store for setting a better standard for some of these other business to follow!

Walked in this store to make a payment just one customer that I could see and the gentleman behind the counter did not even acknowledge my presence nor greeted me or offer assistance. Sadly the store just opened for the day and not a good look for business. Walked out and was never even stopped. 🙏

Attention, this is not an official metro tmobile, it is a separate company, we went to activate 2 lines at 80usd and they wanted to charge us for the activation 26usd each, which is free (official website says activation of lines in store and online for free) so pay attention, ask first better, oh and I left a bag and they returned it to me, good service but bad service for the packages

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my mother came to this location about an issue concerning a service that occurred with her cellphone. We tried speaking to the manager about this issue and he did not fix the issue. We payed for this service as well. A waste of time and money, will never be coming back here again!
