Last time I was here the sales clerk told me that to repair my phone I should go to a guy about a half mile away on Edgewater Drive who works out of an abandoned ambulance. Said she sends all her customers there. Whaaaat?

Andy L provided excellent customer service for us and helped us through the whole process, was very patient and sweet although I couldn’t communicate due to my tooth extraction. Very professional with every aspect of helping us with getting an extra line and with additional assistance with the tablets. Definitely recommend coming here and will be back ❤️❤️❤️

I went to pay my bill today and the young man at the store told me that I had to purchase a tablet in order to pay my bill and he can't pay his bills unless I purchase a tablet at the store because make money like that so I went to another store to pay my bill he told me that he have a mortgage to pay

Do not go to the store the sales representative is rude unprofessional and shady I went here to start new service for my husband everything was going good until I asked for the itemized the same receipt that's usually always given to you at the end without you even asking the sales rep refused to give it to me and started being aggressive calling us name cursing at us it's too bad it's too bad he's not giving our money back after talking to customer support and looking in the phone account he put the transaction as $39 cash when in fact we were charged $70.95 on our card he also added a $9 insurance we didn't ask for. But the reason he refused to give us an itemized receipt was so we wouldn't find out that he stole money from us I would advise all to avoid this store unless you want money stolen from you like he did to us

Isaac was absolutely amazing he made sure I had all my stuff hooked up on my new phone, and it was definitely the fastest and easiest Metro I've ever been to. Keep this man at your store Metro!
