Ok, we stopped in with my new phone to get the number transferred to it and we had the pleasure to have Argelia service us. She was so attentive and informational and patient! She wasn’t rushing us through everything as was super personable! I appreciate her happy personality and help! Def suggest this location ❤️❤️

I have never had such a horrible customer service experience as I had in this store. To start, they overcharged me. I was unhappy with the phone and unhappy with the lack of customer service skills provided by the two employees there. One of them claimed to be the store manager (a heavyset Hispanic woman in her late 40s). She refused to provide me a refund even though it states on the receipt that they will provide a refund within 14 days. I had not had the phone for 24 hours yet and she refused to help at all. The other woman was cursing in the background during part of this. I was told over the phone by MetroPCS that I would be given a full refund but when I got off the phone the employees refused to. I will be following up with Metro corporate on this matter as this is by far the most disgusting horrendous way that a employee should be treating their customers. They were definitely trash.

The store manager helped me with all my request. Ann Marie thank you! She really found the solution because not even the telephone customer service could help me, they told me that they couldn't do anything and she did manage to solve it. More people like them should have Metro.

AWFUL. No respect or concern for safety. Sent my daughter (visiting a different state alone) away because she did not have pin code to activate a new phone. Refused to let her call me to talk to them. She had NO phone, NO GPS and was lost in a strange city. They were UGLY to her and that treatment is NOT OKAY. She was terrified.

Don’t give serviceThey just told me we can’t help youso i went to the other store not far away and they fix they issue in 2 min , when i ask them if each store could fix the problem he told me of course is just something in our system .
