Don’t give serviceThey just told me we can’t help youso i went to the other store not far away and they fix they issue in 2 min , when i ask them if each store could fix the problem he told me of course is just something in our system .

The worst costumer service ever! They are really rude! After waiting for long long long time in line (because they took forever with a another costumer), they gave me wrong information about my account and didn’t want to help me at all! I wanted to add a new line to my family plan but they don’t seem interested in working at all!

No zero star option sadly. Terrible shop staff at metro west, manager was the worse of all,, lied to, conned, laughed at, name called. Customer service just as bad. Nobody from corporate bothered to get back to me. Rubbish signal too.

Worst service I've ever dealt with. The boy behind the counter had no idea what he was talking about. When asked if a water damaged phone was covered under my monthly insurance I was falsely told that it wasn't. Then pushed me to use my upgrade for a garbage phone I did not want. Basically trying his best to just make a sale and get me out the door. Then come to find out I was overcharged for the phone and now I'm stuck with something I didn't even want
