Went in to ask about a new phone and was hoping for an informative and friendly experience but was faced with the opposite. The only worker, a seemingly bored and very unfriendly lady, seemed upset and bothered when I asked her to help me. She answered me in a very rude way and I was shocked so didn't continue asking more. I think workers here need a lot of patience if they work in customer service. I then walked around looking for phones and she didn't even bother asking if she can help in any way. I was disappointed and left immediately and will look for another location with hopefully better service.

Went to the location at 12945 S Orange Blossom Trl to redeem the T-Mobile Tuesday umbrella for the week and was told by Cristela that unless I have an account thru Metro by T Mobile she can not give me the umbrella and seemed bothered (while there was not one person other than her sitting on a chair in her phone). She stated that her store manager named “Raul” gave her that order. The fine print on the coupon/deal shows
It can be redeemed at Metro by T-Mobile stores. Also contacted T-Mobile and was told the same thing that they should’ve given it to me. I would understand if they ran out but just the attitude given because I am not a “Metro by T Mobile” customer was not right.

This guy named Miguel is probably the worst representative I've had to deal with since I had service from this company for 10 lines for my business.It is a shame that guys like Miguel are able to get a job here, it really makes the company look terrible.

I was shopping for a new phone started at Att at the loop a real bad store and staff then went to spectrum on OBT near Walmart staff good but not sure then went to Metro by T mobile in Southchase near sedano and WOW UNBELIEVABLE HOW NICE PROFESSIONAL A LADY NAMED CRYSTELA SHE WAS AMAZING HELPFUL CARING HER ATTITUDE AND PROFESSIONALISM TAKING TIM TO CAREFULLY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING SO I GOT MY PHONE THERE and highly recommend that store for excellent service. Terrible attention and they don't do anything, they just say nonsense and they don't even resolve anything. It's assumed that I had already done everything as they told me and when I came just to leave my phone, the Manager told me that the phone had to be active so I don't recommend it.
