I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick after I misplaced my phone.Needless to say I was stressed. He took his time with helping me to get another phone. He retrieved most of my information and answered my questions. I gave him a 10+ and want management to know that he is great asset to your stores.

They try to sell you a phone that is free for 150$? also when you ask them how are they doing they would just answer u : how can i help you the staff working on january 22nd are miserable and should not be working on this place and if you work here and reading this you should definitely fix whatever is wrong with your life when you have to over price and scam people for a living

Raul & Patrick are awesome!I bought a couple phones from the Sanford MetroPCS but the inserted memory cards & they weren't functioning. I needed the original cards replaced in my old phones and needed to buy two new cards so I could transfer the information manually by cable . Raul even went to another store to get the chips for me because they didn't have it at this store. Now everything's fine. Thank you guys. You saved me from losing a lot of precious memories. ???

Patrick is too dang good for this company. In all my years he is the best customer service associate I have ever interacted with. On another level of care and honesty for his customers. Pay him more!!! Whatever it is he deserves more!
