Maria helped me so much today! 😊 I’ve been here before, but never seen or met her before today. She allowed me to ask her many questions about possibly purchasing a new phone in the near future. She was patient and helpful. I really appreciate her! I will be back as Arnold says. 👍👍👍

This place has terrible customer service , I go here all the time and have always had subpar service, but this time a personal call was more important then a customer in the store, closed when supposed to be open and always bad service, this metro sucks !

Any time I walk here for service, I have to wait almost 1 hour and walkout because I get tired waiting with no attention, it,s always one person at all the time . I walked to the store yesterday at 6pm , the girl was there didn't even greet me , or look by the door ,she was busy with costumer , and I was waiting half hour then I left . This is the second time happened when I found the girls . The guys work better at least they give you attention and they promise they will be with you shortly. Sometimes, they work with 2 customers at the same time. The girl with glasses on acting like she is bother ,she can,t even look at you if you enter inside the store. I will never go back to this store again

Luis is AMAZING here!! Every time I go into this store with either a question or in need of assistance, he is right there with his knowledge and assistance to help any situation, whatever it may be. If you are looking for a good Metro PCS store, this is the place to come to, and it is worth a trip from anywhere!! Thank you, Luis and staff!!

The employee who was in the store today, Saturday, November 12 at 10:50 am, was lazy, rude, I went to request a line change and he told me that I should do it by calling 611, this number being to request balance.
