Sale person in this store change my plan with out asking me first and try to charge me for the phone I brought to this place to activate from old phone. DO NOT come to this place for any services they will SCAM you and change your plan to higher plan to get commissions.
They LIE and will take you for a ride to rip you off. Do not be fool by 4.4 rating it deserves 0 rating if I could. This place is SCAM!!!

Upon entering the store I was greeted very courteously by Tony, the process was very precise and pleasant, they explained every detail of the transaction and the new phone I purchased. I recommend doing business here, my experience is very good.

Delighted with the Chickasaw metro store... the manager is very patient and helpful to the customer, not like at the Lake Underhill metro. In Chickasaw, they even helped me apply for a monthly discount and they approved it. Thank you Oriana!

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. DO NOT give your business to this location . I purchased a phone and immediately had issues with both sound and connectivity with it so I went back to the store 2 hours after purchasing it and was told it was not eligible for returns because I purchased it as an upgrade. When I asked why they do not tell you this before you purchase, Lorena the store manager told me that it is posted in the store however the sign was not at the register where it was supposed to be or visible and she had to go and pick it up and move it and said she didn't know why it was moved and where it should have been. She said even though the policy was not posted within eye sight there is nothing they can do because that is their policy. So I guess people are supposed to somehow know policies that are not clearly posted. I asked to speak to someone else and was told she could not give me any contact info for anyone above her like her district manager or any other manager . She said she could give me her number!!! How does that make sense if she is unwilling to help me?? Am I supposed to call her so she can tell me the same thing? Unreal!! She said a replacement would not be a new phone but a used and refurbished phone. So now I'm out of $200 whith a non working phone and having to still spend more to get another phone somewhere else. Terrible experience and shocking lack of customer service.UPDATE: as I stood outside typing this review Lorena came outside and approached me and said they can return the phone but not the accessories or the activation fees, so basically half of what I spent. I agreed so I could at least recoup some of my money, but then when we were at the register someone called her and she said actually they couldn't give me my money back and could only do an exchange. All of the other phones available are more money, so my only option is to spend more money. I told her I didn't want to do any further business with this location and she said there is nothing she can do about it, so I'm still left without a working phone and wasting $200. I didn't think the situation could get any worse and then that happened. I'm in disbelief.

The old owners Are no longer there so the new owner decides to rip everybody off For a $200 phone he charging me an extra $150 to connect the phone that I already have connected they are ripping people off But the same phone last week and it was 200 flat Now hes trying to charge a $150 more what a way to keep your 15 year old customers happy
