If I could give zero stars, I would.
Yesterday I went to the Metro PCS store and spoke with a lady named Marilyn. Customer service had sent me to the store to work directly with her because my issue couldn’t be resolved over the phone. Without even knowing what was going on, she quickly told me, “I can’t help you with that, they have to do it, not me.”
I tried to explain again, and she immediately got an attitude and said, “And I’m going to charge you.” I told her that customer service hadn’t mentioned anything about a fee, but I had no problem with that. Then she called them, but when she did, she didn’t explain anything I had told her. She just said, “See? I can’t help you.”
I told her, “But you’re not even trying. Let me explain to them myself,” and she said she couldn’t. I had to ask her again, practically begging, and she still refused.
Then a man walked in, and she immediately rushed over to help him, flirting with him, calling him “my love” and everything. So do I need to be a man for this lady to treat me well???
After insisting again, she called them, and while I was talking to her, she shushed me and told me to be quiet. I got really upset because that was extremely disrespectful. She raised her voice at me and told me, “Now I’m definitely not going to help you,” and started mocking me.
She is a very incompetent person. Literally, because of Marilyn, I switched companies and left Metro PCS to go to AT&T, where they have excellent customer service and are always willing to help, unlike this lady, who just wants to sit there drinking Dunkin’ Donuts, watching TikToks, and being rude.
With employees like her, Metro PCS is going to go out of business.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

Busy store, limited selection, and always crazy characters coming and going. 🫣 There is usually someone working here who's filling in for the employee who called out. 😂 If you're lucky, they'll be able to help you out.

Worst service. Women in the counter is very rude. There's also a video of her getting an altercation with a customer. Would definitely not going back.

If I could give 0 stars I would went into the store and Angel was there. Started to speak with him in English and when he found out I spoke Spanish he got snippy with me and said if you speak Spanish why are u speakining to me in English and I told him because I can not assume that you speak Spanish. For all I know you can be of Indian descent, I felt he was frustrated I went into the store bc when I got there he was on the phone holding for what I can assume was a personal call which is fine but felt he got frustrated that he had to disconnect bc I arrived

My mom gave them a perfect condition modem and i know because i gave it to her. She immediately went to the store and the store told her they cant change it because it got a scratch. A scratch that wasnt there and impossible the scratch happened inside the car. The scratch pattern on the modem is definetly handmade and done by the store, they told her because of the scratch she have now to pay $150. I have a picture so you can see the handmade pattern scratch. This is clearly fraud

Jose the store manager was great with me helping me explain to me about protection on my devices I never took that before because it was never explained the way he did and got me 2 tablets man he’s the best

Jose O was a great guy store manager and helped me lower my bill and offered me a tablet and showed me wat discounts and promos they have he’s the best will always come here ask for Jose store manager I’m glad we have ppl like him my bill was 80 dollars he got it down to 48 dollars without any issues thanks I’m happy

Manager was little rough at the beginning but nothing crazy I guess that the way he is ,but he did the job I was in and out didn't that bother me

Went in there to get an issue fixed instead was sold a cheap phone that didn't even work. When I tried to return he basically told me I was out of luck. I had to contact another store and luckily got a hold of a manager that corrected the employee and made him fix my issue. Metro used to be great. Now it's starting to seem like the cheapest phone possible.

We were trying to look for a better plan since we were with T-mobile paying over $260, we visited the store and got assisted by Christian, we had started the account with a phone we didn’t know was blocked and we were able to switch it to another phone with no issues. Great Service!

This store is basically the one I always use for service. Christian is always very helpful and friendly. Anytime I have a situation I just pass by and they fix it for me.
