We waited hours just to buy a phone using a credit card for the purchase in the amount 800.92 cents with accessories, before I get into the story I must say the service with these two girls is very dangerous and provoking they speak to you as if they do not understand the concept of business which in turn provokes a customer into violence.NOT ONLY THE PHONE DID NOT WORKWe went back three times in one day to try and rectify the issue she kept telling us the manager was not there, though she sold us the phone herself.We wasted one week in this back and forth shenanigan, finally we decide to wait for the manager she shows up 30 minutes later after engaging in the conversation with her she started to pretend as if she was lost and did not understand the status quo.I told her the phone is not working we wanted the money! Her response do you have a receipt I purposely said no- She replied we cant refund without a receipt.My wife says we do have the receipt she looked at it and said this was an upgrade do you have the box it came with? I said no-She says we cant refund without a receipt.My wife we do have the box, so she say we cannot refund any money because its an upgrade.PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THIS OK!The same credit card we used had a transaction for 4000 dollars from someone at that store after a bank investigation.When we brought up the issue things go really heated they called the police we were able to show paperwork proving it all, we have a police report and hopefully justice will be swift.SO BECAREFUL WITH THAT PLACE

Amy is very unprofessional she was supposed to be helping me but couldn't do so because she was trying to help someone who came in after me she couldn't even pay attention to the call center that was on the phone saying hello in her ear and I'm standing right there very frustrated with metro and I'm about to switch to another provider I have had metro for years but Everytime it's something and I am fed up

Nessie was such a big help! She helped me to save money on a better quality phone by telling me I had insurance, which I never knew about. I always appreciate good-hearted employees who look out for others!

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out Nelssie made sure my expectations was met. She truly went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to and I appreciate her for that and the young man that was working in there with her was great as well this store deserves all their credit. Great customer service

Came in to get my transfer pin to move to another company but Miss Nina may me change my mind and help me get a new phone. Definitely recommend coming back to this store.

I don't usually take the time to fill out a survey,but I felt compelled to comment on the excellent service provided by the store manager Shai recently. I came into the store to report how unhappy I was with the signal reception I was getting g at my home, I insisted on talking g to a manager after the 2 customer service personnel told me there was nothing they could do, un short Shai did a network reset on my phone and changed the settings from 5g to 4g and I was shocked at the improvement in reception I got when I got home..I thought it was important that Shai be recognized for her competence

Every time I go for a upgrade when I pick a phone they tell me I have to get the $50 plan when I'm on the $40 plan already if I don't do the $50 plan then I have to pay the full price on a phone it a lie all stores say that to get more money off you I call corporate and they refund my money and told me she doesn't know what scam they got going on but if you have a plan already then you don't have to a higher plan for 30 days like the tell you doesn't matter if they are a corporate store or franchisee store you stay with the same plan unless you want a different plan so now I need a new phone and looking for a different carrier.

6/17/22 at 10am I when to the store to do a complain about the store on pine hills and this is a serious complain .where the sale associate when though my husband phone maybe she think she saw something so she called the police.it was a replacement phone so we weren't allowed to take the old phone home so we had to get everything transfer in store .I had to go to work so we ask if we can leave the phone so my husband could drop me off .up on his return the police was waiting on him because they got a called about his phone .the police had both phones the old one and the new one in his hands .after two hours they couldn't find a reason to hold him but still kept the phone it's been 3days ..I when to report it to this store and the manager told me that she would put it in the computer but she was sure that nothing will be done.because if he left his phone she have al right to go through his things.i also ask her for the ASR # and she told me she didn't have it and this was the corporation store ..she told me to go back to the store where we having problem to get the # ... I am not letting this go because I am sure the girl at the pine hills store broke some law and I will be taking to the next level . since as no one want to help me that work for METROPCS ..

Had to visit a store to help my nephew with a phone issue before Christmas and wanted to say thank you to Michael. He quickly helped us solve the issue and even helped us get a new case for the phone. I appreciated the great service. My nephew loved his beard and I would highly recommend this store and Michael if you want great service.

Horrible..The sales rep from 1 location lied.to get me to purchase a phone..4 Calls to customer service they lied in each call they sent me to their " corporate " store to return the phone only to be told there by the manager that I was being lied to . He could not refund my money as the stores we not related..Just the same names and they had no control over franchise stores only corporate ..How is the customer suppose to know which stores are corporate.It's not listed on the storesigns or entry doorsThere should be a sign posted clearly..Be advised Metro by T- Mobile will say anything to get your $..I spoke with customer service managers in Texas, Mexico and Asia and Each and everyone lied and sent/passed me to another..still no return of my money.Do not do business with metro.Take your money and business elsewhereI've been a Metro customer 6yrs.You only know how good a company you do business with is when you need them.They said its a misunderstandingI say it was and is clearly Deceptive .
