Recently visited this store to check on getting a new phone plan. Ebony was extremely knowledgeable & helpful, and she has excellent customer service skills. Thanks to Ebony, I ended up getting an even better new phone plan than what I was originally hoping to get. She really went out of her way to help me, and never once made me feel rushed. I wish there were more people out there like Ebony. She totally made my day!

I am 69 years old and Ebony worked with me about my new phone and was VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I WITNESSED HER MULTI TASKED WITH SEVERAL CUSTOMERS AT ONE TIME. She needs to be on the fast track to Regional Manager. You need to keep knowledgeable people.Ebony also has EXCELLENT PEOPLE SKILLS.

Went to pay bill on service i have had for over 10 years. Very rude employee, insulted me, grabbed his purse, and threatened to "use" whatever was inside.....will pay online, save 5 bucks. Never shop at this Metro again.

Wow what a Scammmm. Went to get some info for my mom since i use to work for Sprint and ik she wasnt getting into something she couldnt get out of.We started to discuss about possibility of porting over 4 lines possibly iphone 11 he starts to talk pricing and i informed him of the online promo that said we have to come in store. Promo: Port over new line and get the iphone11 for $100 then taxes and other charges! He says he could only do 1 line with the promo then have to pay $499.99 per the other 3 devices. Didn't sound right to me so i said ill keep in touch. Called the corprate office and was told that it would be each line so we went ahead and went to a corporate store. Do Not trust some of these authorized retailers. Always try to go to corporate stores.

They are very shady. Came in 1/30/22 and asked the price to get a phone. They quoted me a price of $120. When it came down to the details it was with accessories included and an activation fee which I believe are waived at the moment by Metro. Young lady was a little on the rude side. Make sure you get details when purchasing because they will 'bundle" you without your knowledge and hope that at the end of the transaction you feel you got a great value after unknowingly purchasing accessories. Unfortunately this is common practice at a lot of locations. Hopefully corporate sees this review and is aware of what happens at locations such as this one.
