So I went to the MetroPCS store to transfer my line from Verizon to MetroPCS and they told me the line with the activation is $55 so after I purchase the line for $55 the sales person told me all we have a headphone for free and he gave me a headphone when I took the headphone home. The headphone was not working so I brought it back then I gave it back the headphone so I discovered they charge me for the headphone $25. I asked them for the $25 back so they told me you can return the headphone but we cannot give the money back so I went to complain to the manager as well and she told me there’s nothing she can do about it so watch my video on YouTube on bear Baxi. If you enter this store is like you enter a devil house, they are big thieves they sell you returned devices as new ones and they include unuseful accessories saying the they have to go with the phone by the policy of this company which is just a lie .don't lie to take people's hard earned money This is more then crime. Please please please stay away of this store. Raymond is the worst (seller) ever because what he did is just stolen my money
