If you enter this store is like you enter a devil house, they are big thieves they sell you returned devices as new ones and they include unuseful accessories saying the they have to go with the phone by the policy of this company which is just a lie .don't lie to take people's hard earned money This is more then crime. Please please please stay away of this store. Raymond is the worst (seller) ever because what he did is just stolen my money

At the S KIRKMAN PC metro, the employee Vanesa has no professionalism whatsoever. As a customer, I did not understand and had a question about a product and she took it personally to the point of yelling at me and treating me very badly using aggressive body and verbal language, going as far as to tell me that if I did not understand it she would leave it for my homework. . Another time I had to go again and she didn't even respond to my good morning. She is a person who behaved hostilely as if I were attacking her for having doubts about her product. My recommendation, if she does not want to receive very bad treatment and lack of professionalism, I do not recommend that you go to that subway. since Vanesa really has no professionalism or patience when dealing with clients.At the S KIRKMAN PC metro, the employee Vanesa has no professionalism whatsoever. The worst experience EVER! The lady acted smart like knowing everything but she doesn’t know anything about porting over a number and she should not be working there! All I wanted to do was to add a line and port over an existing number from a different carrier, but she said we can not port over a number from a different carrier. Wait what? What do you mean lady? She said, she doesn’t want to charge me $90 and it would not end up working anyways. And she told me to call the customer service. She just simply didn’t wanna work and do her job properly or didn’t have experience on this. I was trying to tell her that I am the customer, you cant talk to the customer like this and I wouldn’t really want to lose a business with metro, but she seemed she didn’t really care about it. She was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for the supervisor, but she said she was the supervisor and the only person who can handle the situation. I really hope she gets terminated, because Metro doesn’t need a rude and unprofessional workers like her, she is the reason why the Google review has 3.6 and all those negative reviews are most likely because of unprofessional assistants like her. What a shame! I will complain about her to higher departments and make sure She is no longer working in that store! The date was 09/07/2023 around 4pm!P.S: matter of fact, I called the customer service, and it took me not even 20 minutes to port over a number with adding an additional line and it’s just working just fine as it should.

Went to get my phone fixed on the 8th on an afternoon, there was a man and woman there, talked to the man, my phone was stuck on SOS and he fixed it but while he was fixing it he went through my phone and looked through my social media to find my username of my account and continuously harassed me and i had to block him, don't know who else he's done this too, and not sure what else he's done to my phone but he needs to get fired, because that's an invasion of privacy and overall WEIRD and CREEPY!!!!

I just went in there today July 2 around 6:30 costumer service horrible very unorganized no one wanted to help me not because they were busy just lazy all they cared about was trying to scam me out ofy hard earned money NEVER AGAIN IM DONE WITH METROPCS

I bought my phone last yr from this store and in May I went inside and purchased a new sim card and I noticed my memory card of 64gb was missing 2 days ago when I saw it was missing I called the store yesterday and the agents told me that they had my sd card and when I called today the manager told me that they don't have my memory card this store are thieves they steal ppls stuff and lie they don't have it when they told me they did have it
