The worst store I've been to. My husband got into a motorcycle accident and lost his phone. He goes to this metro store in hopes of getting another phone with a new line because it's been over 30 days since he lost his phone, so he requested that line be canceled and he wanted a new line.
The gentleman that was working on the 16th of May, was in the process of getting my husband another phone, then Annette "The manager walks in, she was rude, tried to charge my husband more money, and when he refused the offer and requested a refund, she had him trespassed.
We had to call cooperate, and we were told we had to go back to the store in order to get a refund.
We went back today with the police because Annette trespassed my husband so we could get our money back. Needless to say, he got his money credited back. That was our last time dealing with that store.

I visited the store today and amazed at the outstanding and cheerful attitude of Kriss?? from the moment I walked in she was ready to assist. I was looking for a charger with a friend and needless to say she sold me on buying a Party Speaker at an Outstanding price. I had been looking online for months and to walk in and get Angelic customer service and a deal truly BLESSED and set my weekend! ?❤️?✊?

On Tuesday December 12th, I went into the store at Americana and Texas Ave In Orlando FL. I was served by Mr. Malcolm Denbow, I explain to this customer service rep. That I had purchase a phone from the store less than sixty days but I didn't get the correct cord for my phone, this younge boys laughed in my face and all but call me a liar, disrespected me and was really nasty in front of the people in the store. I call customer service and spoke to a Mr. JOHN ID # 18219370, this guy harassed me and would not help me solve this issue. I want this corporate office to know that Mr. Malcolm Denbow almost cause a scene at the store by being very sarcastic and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. I would like corporate to know had I been anybody that was not humble I would have fed into the trap and violence would have occurred..please think about thus because the next time he speaks to someone the way he done me it could be a problem. Drove to what I thought was a corporate store and shared this with Ms. NELSIE and she showed how to send this.

They was very Professional and very courteous there was very knowledgeable with everything in the store the most part that there was very kind And I will recommend them to anyone the 2 ladies were the best they spoke Spanish and English very well just a joyful atmosphere
