The girl who helped me scammed me and added an Internet line without my permission on 6/24/2024 and did not give me the Internet box either. My plan was 50, it was two days late and he told me that I had to pay him an additional 50 and I used that money to add the Internet box. Carless Sales Rep. Went in about 6pm Monday night, woman at service said there is no more upgrades and everything is full price. Without a phone to support my needs, I left to empty handed. She did a poor job of listening to my concerns or needs. Only interested in making a full priced sale. Lost a sale, instead my order was fulfilled at the location I usually work with.
