Amazing customer service! Super friendly and understanding staff!!! I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 6 years, My car broke down and was dealing with dealership for new car. Phone was dying, staff allowed me to charge my battery packs while I handled my business! If it wasn’t for them I would of been out of luck and stuck in my broken car. Because of this place I am able to get home safely, and I can not express enough my gratitude to them during this stressful event!

Let me start this review off by saying Juli is a great store manager. She goes over and beyond and she truly value customers. Juli deserves a 5 star!However, outside of that I rate this store a 1 because its not being ran properly for business. I came to metro to do a port in with an old number it was a horrific experience. I advise against switching to Metro. I had to go back to this location for help again because my service wasn't working. I had already been dealing with on & off service for a entire week. This particular day Juli was off. I guess Metro thought this location was in Argentina, Bolivia, or Chile. Because the store employee that day didn't speak any English; only spanish. I called another store for help, the manager at that store tried to translate to her in spanish what I needed assistance with but that didn't help. I called MetroPCS customer service they kept telling me it was a language barrier so they kept transferring the call over and over.Keep in mind MetroPCS hold times are 30 minutes or longer. Even the spanish department had difficulties with the call. I started writing on paper trying to translate to her. I called the other store back for help, I asked the manager to try to translate to her one last time what I needed. Still, she just didn't get it at all! After 2 hours, I left and got help from another store. Just ridiculous and quite unequal on many levels.

Been coming to this Metro PCS location a few times already, when I've needed to upgrade phones, and always get helped by Omar. He's a very patient guy who takes time to explain things. I appreciate his services.

Very bad customer service I came to see the promotion for the four phones the guy was very rude not very helpful claim to be the manager I was about to get four lines but I quickly left after the most unprofessional way I was approached and the poor way he was presenting himselfhe was not interested in helping me to get up to 4 lines .he you made me feel bad .very very bad attitudeI'll never come to this cell phone shop by the Walmart on John Young parkway and Sand lake road

We were helped by a guy in the store, he wasn't even interested in advising us about the promos or what he was actually selling us. Even manager had to step in and talk him about it. Bad service and he also put the wrong chips on the wrong phone it was a mess. We had to call 611 after we left the store and they were the ones who helped us. Definitely not a good experience
